PLenty. 1. Full amount was paid prior to check in still gues was asked to pay.
2. wi-fi never worked, inspite of repeatative reminders.
3. Even to ask for a simple water bottle, guest has to call number of times.
4. Tarrif had included both Breakfast and dinner part of the deal. Staff did not provide many options and the portion given was very small.
5. Overall extremely terrible, unprofessional and zero customer service. They did not give a damn about customer service.
6. None of the other guests were also happy.
7. My guest checked out two days prior because of poor service.
8. I demand full refund.
The staff is highly ill mannered and use abusive language with the costumers.
There is nothing in the hotel to like. The infra is poor, rooms are pathetic, service is extremely poor and staff is highly ill mannered.
