One of the most excellent stays we have had
We were upgraded to a suite with a gorgeous balcony and a jacuzzi!
They offered us a meal because there was a rooftop party! The service was fantastic

This is a non brainer in terms of stay
The location is fantastic close to most things in the main part of town
The TV selection was not as good… and no door on the shower… great shower but it gets messy when you use it

Nie ma to znaczenia w weekend - ale juz od rana w poniedzialek - trwające głosne prace nie pomagają w porannym relaksie.
Location. (We didn't buy breakfast because we were going to wake up late.)
We parked our car on the sidewalk in front of the hotel (due to unavoidable circumstances), but there was no signage or information in front of the hotel except for a sign on the first floor, and no staff to help. After waiting in the car for a while (to make sure of the hotel's address), we got out, waited a bit, then unloaded our suitcases, looked around for someone, but there was no one. We asked a waiter at the nearby cafe for directions to the hotel and were able to go to the reception with our suitcases. So, it took 4-5 minutes from arriving at the hotel to entering. Even though the car blocked the sidewalk in front of the hotel, no one helped us. After check-in, a hotel employee took us to the elevator. (Those with phobias shouldn't use it as the elevator vibrates.) The employee explained how technologically advanced the hotel was!! For example, the elevator works with a room card, you can open the door with the card, the room has a bathroom and a bed, the floor is carpeted, and there are bathrobes and towels for us in the room !! (Actually, the introduction was 8-10 minutes long, I summarized it.) But the most important "technological" item was the electric curtain. I guess they don't realize that even 3-star hotels offer similar comfort. And by the way, the hotel's fitness center is open 24 hours; the staff member told me three times )) Wouldn't it be better if, instead of investing so much in technology, they hired a staff member at the entrance? That way, guests could find the hotel and safely drop off their luggage. This is my fourth trip to Thessaloniki, and this is the worst hotel I've ever seen
