Excellent hotel
Pros:

The staff was exceptional, incredibly attentive and flexible. They were also very kind.

The rooms were quiet and spacious and I could even choose a different or better pillow to suit my needs.

Cons:

The gym is a bit small and not very well equipped, especially when it comes to leg-focused machines. On the plus side, the large window brings in plenty of natural light.

The rooftop pool is also quite small, and there are only three sunbeds available.

Cons:

For the price i expected a bit more. Breakfast was ok no more than that, rooftop pool is small, one elevator was out of service and the other one was slow.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful variety to suit all tastes. The atmosphere was also very pleasant.

Cons:

The room lighting was quite inconvenient. It was too dim for applying makeup, and the controls were complicated, making it difficult to find a suitable setting. A simpler and brighter lighting system would be much better. Overall, however, the room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. We had an unpleasant experience at the restaurant on the first day that ruined our mood. We waited approximately 45 minutes for our dinner to be served, even though there were no other guests dining at the time. The long and unexplained delay was very disappointing and negatively affected our overall experience. However the staff was kind and gave us also 1 more hour as late checkout that we appreciated.

Locatie, topbed, heerlijk ontbijt, goede rooftop bar

Cons:

Slecht lunch/ eten in de rooftop bar. Kan echt niet voor 5 sterren hotel. Ver onder de maat.

Pros:

Central location and lovely fitout. Great rooftop bar and cocktails. Helpful staff.

Cons:

I had an issue with air con in one of our rooms resetting to fan overnight but we didn’t mention it to the front desk which was our fault. The second room was perfect.
