Sehr netter deutsch sprechender Empfang. Alles in Ordnung wie man es von so einem Hotel gewohnt ist.

Ein sehr ansprechendes Hotel, tolles Frühstück, Tiefgarage, direkt am Wasser

Cons:

Ich hatte zuerst Zimmer ohne Fenster, beim Buchen nicht drauf geachtet, wusste, nicht, das es sowas gibt. Hatte das Zimmer gewechselt, dann alles gut.
Die Spa-Saunalandschaft ist unverhältnismäßig teuer

A stylish stay in Södertälje
Pros:

A stylish and comfortable hotel in Södertälje, set in the former Astra headquarters – a delightful dose of nostalgia for one e of us. ;-) The room was spacious and inviting, parking was easy, and we enjoyed a lovely dinner with Italian-inspired cuisine. The generous breakfast was the perfect start to the day. A truly enjoyable stay.

差劲
Cons:

入住不是预定的房间，入住时告诉没有房了，但是booking并没有下架房型，多次协调退了部分差额，不太满意。要一个发票需要打很多次电话，酒店一会说会发给我，一会又说没有找到这个订单，问booking的客服，也什么都不知道。最后让自己给酒店写邮件索要发票，目前还无果。感觉酒店差，booking的客服也解决不了什么问题，每次电话都要说全部的过程，没有主动的回复结果，你不去电话没有人会告诉你结果。总之非常的失望！

Pros:

Schönes, grosses Zimmer zum Kanal mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine. Bequeme Betten. Gut ausgestattetes Badezimmer. Zugang zum SPA mit div. Pools, Sauna und Dampfbad.
