Vi är numera stammisar för mina 9-10 åriga tjejer älskar karaoke rummet! Och jag älskar frukosten och inredningen och känslan av att man typ är hemma!
Svarade inte i telefon när jag ringde, försökte några gånger för jag ville fråga en sak angående incheckningen men det gjorde inte så mycket. Lite dyrt med drink i baren.

The spa has good facilities but you have to book in the slots and they are very strict. This was the only good point of the hotel.
Staff. Not polite. Super unhelpful, didn’t want to accommodate a large party for dinner even though we had booked 20 rooms and offered us pizza only. They just seemed to enjoy saying no. Management were rude and unhelpful. Bar staff slow and the restaurant management rude. They added items to the bill that were already paid for. Looking after your customers should be your priority.

Spa anledning mycket mysigt tyvärr den manlig personal på spa den 30 december blev inte tillmötesgående och otrevlig.situationen redades av kvinnlig personalomsättning är mycket professionell och trevlig.
Vi haft problem den 30 dec med tv på rummet och fick inte professionell hjälp i receptionen.personal i reception behöver mycket lära sig hur fungerar verksamheten och hur man löser problem.pg av detta vi haft inte tv tjänst på rummet den 30 december och blev mycket springande fram tillbaka att lösa fallet istället avkopplade kväll fick vi stressig upplevelse.
Det 31 december allt löstes sig och det blev allt som det ska
