Room safe box not functioning
the breakfast was reasonable for the price. The staff were excellent and good service.
The showers had very low pressure and several times the hot water stopped.
Das Hotel genügt vom Service und der Zimmereinrichtung gehobenen deutschen Hotelstandards! Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage in Mwanza ist gut - allerdings eben auch von der innerstädtischen Geräuschkulisse geprägt.
Property was in the city was able to access places we wanted to go
It was opposite the mosque so there were prayer early in the morning and it was uncomfortable as we couldn’t sleep. However, we understand the importance of prayers
the breakfast was excellent and in plenty. the location is a bit noisy when outside the hotel. the staff were very helpful.

The Hotel is right next to a mosque so you get woken up with extremely loud prayers at 5am and other odd hours.

The windows would rattle when the wind blows keeping you up
The air con didnt have a remote and was told to use on off button and it was over the bed and set to full blast, very uncomfortable.
The first driver to help me was good but the second shuttle the hotel organised me tried to charge me triple the rate and then when I argued he brought it down to the correct rate.
There was a problem with accepting dollar but was sorted out quite quick.
Hot water was hot for literally 2 min at a time
Bathroom felt dirty I felt dirty when staying there
Lady at reception was very helpful but the man not at all
WiFi was slow and didn’t work for a bit
Food took very long but was good
Proactive staff and drop facility at air port were excellent
