Disappointing experience with cleanliness issues and incorrect charges, I would not stay here again.

The location is convenient for business trips in Coral Gables and the common areas look modern and well designed.

Cons:

The room did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The exterior windows were very dirty, which completely blocked the view. I also found a stash of hairs under the bathroom sink after showering. When I reported these issues at checkout, the staff said they would check but did not apologise. A few days later, both my colleague and I were incorrectly charged for Fiji water and snacks from the minibar that we never consumed. The dispute process was long and frustrating before we finally received a refund.

Wunderbares Hotel, sauber, modern. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Housekeeping war sehr schnell und akkurat. Für das Baby wurde sogar Brei zubereitet.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The property is elegant, modern, and impeccably maintained, with beautiful architecture that really stands out in Coral Gables. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed, with extremely comfortable beds and high-quality linens.
