Pros:

Wunderbares Hotel, sauber, modern. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Housekeeping war sehr schnell und akkurat. Für das Baby wurde sogar Brei zubereitet.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The property is elegant, modern, and impeccably maintained, with beautiful architecture that really stands out in Coral Gables. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed, with extremely comfortable beds and high-quality linens.

Elegant hotel with high standards
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a nice area of Miami, staff very professional and helpful. We walked the Miracle Mile but l have to say it was under whelming, lots of empty units and rather dirty area, especially the sidewalk. So we loved the hotel but not sure there was enough around to bring us back to the area.

Need some more seating in the lobby area

Pros:

The hotel is custom built and only three years old. Large rooms and exceptional staff. THE place to stay in Miami.

My 1st option when I travel to Miami.
Pros:

The Staff impeccable service is what made my entire stay. They knew my last name and was super nice every time I pass by.

Cons:

40$ vallet service Per day is a bit too expensive. Bear in mind you have to tip the guys everyday as well.
