Pros:

I stayed here for my daughter's wedding at Club of Knights two days before the wedding. It was the best decision I could have made. Everything was awesome. The room, the service and especially the Mother's Day Brunch.

Beautiful new hotel that is perfectly located to restaurants and shopping.
Pros:

Beautiful new hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable with exception of AC at night.

Cons:

AC was turned off every night and we woke up sweating. Asked front desk to report problem after the first night but it never changed. We would have paid more to have the AC stay on all night!

Get some shopping done.
Pros:

Don't know from where they source their employees, but the staff is excellent. Stayed 3 nights. Rooms are great. Darkening shades work amazingly. Slept very well. The pool and cabana area is welcoming, and the service is flawless. If you want to engage in high end shopping, this makes a great base to operate from. Good restaurants abound in the area but be choosy. They charge the same prices, regardless of quality.

Overpriced, worthless service staff, broken A/C
Pros:

Nothing really, I wouldn't spend the fortune it cost to stay here again ever. From broken A/C in nearly 100 degree weather for the majority of our trip to them offering a free continental breakfast (LOL) after 3 days of said A/C was broken. No discounts, no refunded days, just absolute highway robbery of a hotel. This place should be shutdown. Stay anywhere else, Motel 6 will keep you more comfortable.

Cons:

Cost of everything. 60$ beverages, 30$ beers, and there was no DJ spinning techno to make me feel like I should be paying these prices. 200$ room service for a pizza and mozarella sticks that were cold and chewy. Horrible experience, I would literally rather sleep in a car next time I visit Miami.

Fabulous hotel- a grat alternative to SOBE
Pros:

This was our go-to hotel when our daughter was a student at the U. It was delivered in late 2020, is it is still new. The rooms are large and clean. The service is very good. The lobby bar is pretty being with enough seating for a lot of people. the best part is the rooftop pool and bar. The staff at the outdoor bar is super friendly. Great drink menu. The location is great. Short drive to the Grove and Biscayne Bay. Rates are not super crazy either! Highly recommend

5-Star Experience for a 4-Star Price
Pros:

The title of my review says it all. This was a 5-star experience for a 4-star price. The rooms were a nice stay and nicely appointed. Overall, very comfortable. The hotel itself is clean and really well-designed. Beautiful lobby and downstairs restaurant that is open to the outside plaza area. I love that the Loews is part of the Plaza complex which has lots of restaurants in the complex - it makes it easy to not have to leave. But, most of all, the service was 5-star. Everyone from the valet, to the bell stand to the front desk to the concierge were absolutely amazing. They all were truly friendly, had smiles on their faces and went above and beyond. The little details were truly special like giving my 2-year old daughter a teddy bear to getting her strawberry water because the water for all hotel guests hadn't been put out yet. And, the valet is super easy. I would order the car via text message and it would be waiting for me. I could come 15 to 20 minutes later no problem and just get in the car and go. I had never stayed at a Loews before, but I will definitely be back!
