I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Staff was great, everything was close by even cash exchange (make sure you have your passport), and the food choices were really good.

Amazing hotel and one of our favourites on this trip. Super clean, the room is large and absolutely beautiful with great views of the mountains. The hotel is modern and really has thought of everything from the coffee shop to the rooftop. Highly recommend staying here as a good base point for Salento and Armenia.

Mucho ruido desde el Bar del piso superior, también desde la calle, el huésped debla habitación contígua se quejo por el ruido de la habitación de nosotros, el TV estaba muy bajo, fue muy incómodo, dos noches.

Overall a great stay. Hotel is very modern and easy to access. Clean. Rooms are great. Accommodations also great. Will be back.

Great place to stay. Staff was over the top. Showed up super early. Our room wasn’t ready so they let us use another room to shower and get cleaned up from our flight. Breakfast was so fresh and amazing. Great views of the city. Highly recommend

The property has a excellent location on a main road, so it’s easy access. The hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. It has a very beautiful view for sunset and the city. Nice bar with good music and things to eat. We recommend if you are going to Armenia, book this amazing hotel

It is kind of a weird situation. It is an office building, and the sixth floor is the hotel. The other floors have offices, doctors, dentists, etc. The top floor is a nice little bar, but doesn´t serve main dishes, just entradas. I was there on a Sunday and the restaurant downstairs was closed, and there really aren´t many options to eat nearby without a 10-15 minute walk, so that wasn´t good.

The room was nice, bed was comfortable, it had a lovely terrace, linens were high quality, good water pressure and hot water in the shower, room was in good repair, and the staff was polite and efficient. The front counter clerk even went to a nearby store on her scooter to buy me some sodas, which I thought was very nice.

The staff was rude and they never responded my inquiries. They ignored my request of my room information.

Very beautiful, super clean, brand new hotel on the north side of Armenia, the entire staff was very friendly, from the receptionist who parked my car for me, to the cleaning lady who always had a smile and was super sweat and always had smile and ask if we need anything extra and ask us how are stay was so far and the restaurant staff was very friendly and accommodate our special breakfast request without hesitation. The room was big and clean same thing for the bathroom.

This hotel is located in the north part of town. Offers free parking and great breakfast.
Our suite was very small with a huge terrace. Not worth what they charge for their “best suite”. Room didn’t have a hair dryer and they install a coffee machine with no plug to use it.

Was put in wrong room, charged a fee, almost charged twice for the price of the room upon arrival. Very noisy due to open space bar on the roof.

The room was excellent!! very comfortable, clean and the view from my terrace was amazing!!! I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and I would stayed there if I'd come back again to Armenia.
