The hotel was located strategically just outside chania which was easily reachable by bus (the bus stop it’s in front of the hotel). The rooms were big and very very clean. The whole staff was super friendly and gave us lots of recommendations which were really helpful. We had the chance to try not only the breakfast but also the restaurant for one night and it didn’t disappointed us at all, the food was delicious and well-served. Highly recommend this place!!

Nothing to complain about other than loud music from the camping site next door.

Such a lovely hotel, located next to several beaches. We also took a walk to the Chania old town on a cloudy day. Food was also good, both breakfast and dinner.

The staff was just lovely. They helped with all our needs, and you could sense a good atmosphere in the hotel - would definitely visit again!

Really good stay. There’s a reason they have a high rating; they really care and the hotel is modern and well kept. Facilities are great. It’s a nice vibe being an adults only hotel, it’s not so big, so it doesn’t get noisy or overcrowded. Staff work incredibly hard; theyre off home at 12 and back in the morning, almost every day. We had a lovely time and would stay there again

We had a great stay here. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned to a high standard and all areas of the property were clean and well cared for. The breakfasts were excellent and plentiful and included plenty of local products. The daily delivery of bottled water was much appreciated.
Airis is in an excellent location - lovely beaches at the bottom of the road and a 50 minute coastal walk into the heart of Chania (the bus back stops nearby!).
We look forward to returning!

Just spend 4 nights at the Airis and we had a wonderful time , the staff is amazing and very helpful and make you feel at home . The rooms are beautiful with a nice big bathroom with glass shower and very clean . Breakfast buffet was very nice , the beach is right across the park and very nice and quiet. This place is conveniently located close to restaurants , big grocery stores , 10 min drive to the old city . I will go back for sure . I thank George and all the staff for making my stay in Chania Memorable! efcharistó kai ta léme sýntoma!

Adult only hotel _ perfect for staying as a couple. Sometimes special dinner offering with local food & wine made by chef on the grill plus live Greek music.

Staff are incredibly friendly and can't do enough to make sure you enjoy your stay. Could not recommend this place any more!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. We’ve had a special amenity for our honeymoon and the room we had was big, clean and very cozy !
The location is nice near nice beaches for the area and a 15-20min ride from the center of Chania.
The breakfast is very good and varied, but was somewhat a stressful environment ; the staff couldn’t wait to clean up the tables and seemed pressured to move as quickly as possible which had us a bit on edge every morning. Also, the serving hours are till 10 am but we had been expected to have finished eating and left the breakfast area by 10 (as per the restaurant’s manager).
I would recommend the hotel overall but would also recommend a chiller environment for breakfast.

To be quite frank, we had zero things to say in the negative aspect of this hotel. Service is 10/10 and all of the staff and do want to make you comfortable. Would go again. Its a really nice hotel, and perhaps to some the location isnt the best, however we enjoyed walking to the city by the beach and do that on most of our trips. Room equipment and cleaniness was 10/10.
