Ich möchte meine wunderbare Erfahrung in dieser ausgezeichneten Unterkunft teilen. Vom Moment der Ankunft an war alles hervorragend organisiert und spiegelte ein hohes Maß an Aufmerksamkeit für den Komfort der Gäste wider. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, und die allgemeine Atmosphäre war ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen.

Was mich am meisten beeindruckt hat, war der freundliche Empfang und der professionelle Umgang, insbesondere durch den Rezeptionisten Ahmed. Er war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagierte schnell auf alle Wünsche und Anfragen, was meinen Aufenthalt besonders angenehm und reibungslos machte.

Ehrlich gesagt, eine Erfahrung, die man wiederholen möchte, und ich kann sie jedem empfehlen, der eine komfortable Unterkunft und exzellenten Service sucht.

Zatrzymałem się w tym samym miejscu w zeszłym miesiącu i oto wracam ponownie. Szczerze mówiąc, miejsce jest piękne, czyste i zadbane, a obsługa jest ponad wspaniała i doskonała, szczególnie Ahmed z recepcji.
Jest jeszcze jedna rzecz, o której warto wspomnieć: ręczniki są składane w kształt małych dinozaurów. To naprawdę wspaniały i bardzo uroczy akcent, który dodaje pobytowi wyjątkowego charakteru.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful in every sense. The place is characterized by high cleanliness, calmness, and excellent organization, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

Many thanks and appreciation to the reception staff, Ahmed and Youssef, for their warm welcome and professionalism. They were always helpful and friendly. We would especially like to thank Ahmed, who followed up with us consistently months before the booking and was keen to answer all our inquiries and facilitate all arrangements.

We also thank Maher from housekeeping for his attention to cleanliness and details, which added a special touch to our stay.

We will definitely visit again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.
