Pros:

I had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at this hotel. The location right on the beach was absolutely beautiful and made my vacation even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The customer service was excellent, and I truly felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my experience so special. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Absolutely loved my stay at Jambo
Pros:

It was a lovely simple white room with big comfortable bed. I loved that glass door, I could see the pool and ocean directly from my bed! WiFi was ok for audio calls. No electricity problems. Super friendly staff and great service. Room was cleaned everyday, plus they sprayed anti mosquito something every night, I had zero mosquito problems. Also I found complimentary local mosquito repellent in my bathroom 🤍 I was there in rainy season, so I truly appreciated the gift.
Pool area is nice and chill. Breakfast was awesome, you can order whatever you feel like today, more than 10 options on the menu plus fruits, coffee, pastries. Territory is pretty and green. And it’s only 7 min walk from all the shops and restaurants in Paje. On a low tide you can walk on the beach, there is a lot of restaurants there too.

Cons:

Pressure in the shower in my room was low when I added cold water, good pressure when the water is extremely hot.

Enjoyed the location; accommodation needs a big improvement.
Pros:

The best thing about the property was the location - on the beach, close to restaurants and local shops. The pool was also great.
The staff members were good, especially the lovely lady and gent at reception.

Cons:

It is not a 4 star as advertised. The washrooms need a revamp; the layout is odd! The toilet gets wet when you take a shower. The water smells really bad, it was unpleasant using the washroom. The linen smelled damp and unfresh. The bath towels also need to be upgraded; they are old and stained.
Lastly, the resort was under construction so we could not access the restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Pros:

Jambo Resort is an excellent choice in Paje, offering great value for money. Prime beachfront location, beautiful pool, clean rooms, and very friendly staff. The services are well organized and the overall experience feels above the price paid

De lokatie was leuk, het verblijf was oké
Pros:

De lokatie en de grote schone kamer. Lekker ontbijt. En we hadden naast het hotel een hele goede masseuse Zainabu echt een aanrader en niet duur. Zijn er meerdere keer geweest omdat ze zo goed was!

Cons:

We kwamen van hun andere lokatie noordelijker en vergeleken met dat resort viel het behoorlijk tegen. We kwamen aan en er was nog geen kamer. Je kan ook pas inchecken vanaf 15:00 dus dat was oké. Ze hadden problemen met het creditkaart systeem, dus we moesten eerst cash pinnen. De algemene toiletten waren er niet want die werden vernieuwd. Mochten die wel in een lege kamer gebruiken. Het restaurant voor lunch en diner waren ook gesloten. Er werden geen matrassen op de bedjes gelegd, bovendien zagen de matrassen er ook vies uit. Het zwembad was een dag dicht. Kortom het zag er onverzorgd uit. Erg jammer want hun resort noordelijker waren we eerst verbleven was veel beter. Dit viel behoorlijk tegen

Pros:

Pros:

The experience at Jambo Resorts was overall very good. The accomondation was good located in Paje at the beach. It was very clean. Had a nice pool. The breakfast was also very good and the staff always friendly. Would always come back and recommend :)
