Pros:

Останавливалась в этом отеле на несколько дней и осталась в полном восторге. Номер был очень уютным и чистым. Просыпаться под шум реки и вид на старинные фасады Карловых Вар — бесценно. Завтраки очень вкусные и сытные. Персонал вежливый и хорошо говорит по-русски, что облегчило общение.Расположение 10 из 10, всё в шаговой доступности. Рекомендую!

Zkazila jsem si tím narozeninovy pobyt ve Varech,což mě mrzí nejvíc.

Hotel nesplňuje úroveň 4* Je špinavý,zanedbany,při prijezdu jsem byla tak zdesena, že jsem chtěla rovnou odjet.Pozadavek na přikrývku navíc nebyl splněn.Televize byla rozbitá.Oboje jsem musela resit.V hotelu jsem se necítila bezpečné.Hotel je totiž celou noc otevřený bez přítomnosti recepční,vejít tedy může kdokoliv.A teda největší hrůza byla snidane.Neco tak otresneho jsem vážně nečekala.Ty nejlevnější a nekvalitni potraviny,jaké si dovedete představit,což je pro mě tedy neakceptovatelne.Zkazila jsem si tím narozeninovy pobyt ve Varech,což mě mrzí nejvíc.

Přímo v centru dění, blízko léčivé vodě. Dobrá snídaně, docela výběr, nenašel jsem chybu.

Cons:

Hotel je zřejmě primárně určen pro Rusy a Němce. TV programy jsou pouze německé a ruské.
Některá madla u nábytku (skříně) jsou nahrazena provizorními kolíčky, vruty na věšáku jsou povolené takže se háčky drží na místě jen taktak. Drobnosti, které kazí celkový dojem.

Gutes Hotel an der Promenade
Pros:

Gute Lage,geschmackvoll renoviertesHaus auch wenn es einige Jahre zurückliegt ,gute Zimmergröße,Frühstuck absolut ausreichend,.Für das gebotene ein fairer Preis.

Cons:

Kleinere Mängel wie defektes Türschloß.

Das Frühstuck war gut und das Personal am Empfang waren sehr bemüht die Fehler des Managements glatt zu ziehen

Wir sind im Fahrstuhl über 35 min lang stecken bleiben und müssten uns selber befreien!!!
Der Techniker kam nicht bei.
Das Antwort vom Management war, wir sollen mehr Verständnis haben!!
Das Hotelpersonal erzählte uns, dass der Fahrstuhl öfters stecken bleibe und Management sich weigert die nötige Reparaturen aus Geld Gründen durchzuführen .
Management weigert sich uns zu treffen bzw. verlangte, dass wir auf sie bis nach 11Uhr warten sollen , vorher wollten sie nicht kommen, da wir in Urlaub waren entschieden wir unsere Tages program durchzuführen. Auf unsere Angebot von einem Treffen vor unsere Abreise ging sie eben so wenig ein, statt dessen wurde je einen billigen Flasche Weiß Wein angeboten. Dies haben wir aus Prinzip verweigert.
Wenn ein Hotel sich weigert nötige Sicherheitsmaßnahmen im Fahrstuhl durchzuführen spricht es von einen Kultur bei der Geld wichtiger als Sicherheit steht!
