10/10 would definitely visit again
Pros:

The customer service was amazing they let us check in early and check out late if needed. They were very kind and always made sure we had everything we needed. There is also security at the front.

Velký prostorný bazén. Příjemná obsluha.

Cons:

Nepohodlné proležené matrace, musela jsem si zažádat o výměnu. Od 18:00 vám odmítnou uvařit večeři z důvodu přípravy bufetové večeře. Extrémně slabý proud vody. Ve fitnes není klimatizace. Na kulečník a ostatní vyžití jako jsou šipky a stolní fotbálek zapomeňte. Šipky nemají, kulečník je totálně zdevastovaný a chybí jedna koule a u stolního fotbalu jsou pokřivené tyče. U snídaně nedostatek nádobí a výběr byl velmi malý. Špinavé a pokálené lehátka a křesla u bazénu od ptáků. Tento hotel ani zdaleka neodpovídá 4*

Staff was kind. Food was great, bed and shower was clean and hot water
Pros:

So welcoming and kind staff. Emanuel and (I can’t remember the others name but it started with an S) was so amazing. They saw me come in sweating and upset from staying at a different place where I didn’t feel settled at and they were so kind. Definitely recommend this stay!

Nice place and good location.

Cons:

The entire hotel didn’t have a pleasant smell. Even the bedsheets and duvet were uncomfortable to use due to the smell. The facility manager should check the detergents/soaps used in washing and cleaning at the facility and invest in nice diffusers and air fresheners.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta vicino a tutti i ristoranti principali di nungwi, staff cordiale, camera pulita. Viene lasciata una bottiglia d'acqua al giorno. Colazione molto vasta. Comodo avere una "palestra"

Cons:

C'è odore di fogna nel bagno. Anche se la camera è pulita potrebbe essere curata un po' di più. Nella Colazione non sono disponibili yogurt. La palestra andrebbe decisamente migliorata, macchinari che cadono a pezzi e pochi strumenti, meglio di niente ma da migliorare
