Goed hotel,aardig en heel behulpzaam personeel , comfortabel, op loopafstand van strand,en winkels en niet te vergeten de ATM,is naar mijn mening zeker een pluspunt. minpunt: slechte wifi.valt vaak zomaar uit,of de snelheid gaat als een JoJo heen en weer.
Personalen va helt underbara, så gästvänliga. Städningen va super. Ok frukost. Mindre bra va att de glömde alltid att fylla på toapapper och våra utemöbler bytte de 3 ggr på en vecka. Musiken i baren va otroligt hög och vi hade vårat rum precis där. Lakanan var noppiga och täckena va knöliga.
Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The property is big, clean, and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, always greeting us with a smile, and very helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
We had half board, and the food was excellent with plenty of variety. Dinner was especially enjoyable, as it was served by the pool with beautiful lights creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Sometimes they even played music during dinner, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
What impressed us most was how the staff handled our situation when our bags were delayed at the airport. They kept following up with the airline on our behalf, which really reduced our stress and showed how much they care for their guests.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!
J’avais réservé une chambre pour une nuit au Canary Hotel & Spa, et j’ai finalement décidé de rester trois jours de plus et j’ai même eu le droit à un surclassement. L’hôtel que j’avais initialement réservé était en rénovation, donc cela s’est avéré être une véritable bénédiction ! Je suis extrêmement satisfaite de mon séjour. L’atmosphère est chaleureuse et agréable, les chambres sont propres, et le personnel est toujours attentionné, bienveillant et prêt à aider. Les massages sont de très bonne qualité et à un prix très raisonnable. De plus, la plage se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied, ce qui est très pratique. Le petit-déjeuner est également très complet et varié, avec du pain frais, des omelettes, des fruits, du café et du thé… Si je reviens dans la région, je n’hésiterai pas une seconde à séjourner de nouveau dans cet hôtel. Une expérience vraiment agréable et sans souci.
Das Fühstück und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und toll. DasBet war sehr bequem, nicht zu hart und nicht durchgelegen. Das Einzige was genervt hat war, das der Roomservice öfters Handtücher oder Toillettenpapier vergessen hat und der Hahn der in den frühen Morgenstunden direkt neben uns am krähen war.Aber das ist jetzt jammern auf hohem Niveau...alles in allem war es super und wir würden wieder kommen.
Stayed for one week with my family. Ordered a family room for 4 persons, got two rooms in stead. There are two hotel areas, unfortunatly we had the oldest part. Could be a nice place, but really need some upgrade! The pool here where dirty all the time. All the staff where serviceminded and kind.
The stay was great because of Moana's wonderful service. Everything else was average. During rainy days they do not pay attention to detail and i slipped and fell on the stairs at breakfast which i did not like.
