Pros:

The breakfast, the pool, the location ale most of all, the travel agency right next door (same owner, do book flights with Mr. Efraim). If you arrive or leave by bus, the bus terminal is 50 minutes away

"I had an incredible stay at Hotel Alegria and cannot recommend it enough! From the start, the communication was excellent. When my bus was running late and I was worried about arriving near midnight, Marylia Bonifacio and the team reassured me and were waiting right there to greet me—the location is perfectly situated directly across from the Cruz del Sur station.
What truly set them apart was their honesty and dedication. I accidentally left a bag containing $100 worth of gift items in my room after checking out. As soon as I contacted them, Marylia located the bag immediately. She didn't just hold it for me; she coordinated with a trusted contact to have it delivered to my next hotel in Ica that same evening.
It is rare to find such honest, helpful, and kind-hearted people while traveling. They truly went above and beyond to save my trip. Thank you, Marylia, for being so wonderful!"

El balcón afuera, la hospilidad de la recepciónista

Cons:

La mujer (era turista/huésped) llamando afuera a las 6 de la mañana en su celular.. Los enchufes son demasiado grandes entonces fue difícil hacer contacto.

Pros:

L'emplacement, proche de la place principale. L'hôtel est très joli avec ses coursives donnant sur la piscine.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur. Les œufs brouillés étaient servis froid, dans l'ensemble qualité médiocre.
Il n'y a qu'une chaise dans la chambre et un seul porte valise.

Oasis en pleine ville
Pros:

Situé face au terminus des autobus Cruz del Sur.
Nous y avons séjourné durant une période plutôt creuse donc c'était très calme et agréable. Prenez votre maillot pour profiter de la piscine.

V pleasant stay would come back.
Pros:

Friendly helpful, staff . V clean . Breakfast was standard cold fare for Peru. Beds very comfortable. Garden area v pleasant are d the pool . Luggage facilities were great and we were able to stay in the hotel premises until our bus came.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a few more outside chairs .

Excellent place to stay.
Pros:

Close to the bus station. They work with the travel agency next door. I got a better price on a Nazca Lines flight than I found online as well as a better price than what’s posted in the agency’s office.

Cons:

The pool only has 4 chaises. Sometimes it was hard to get a place to sit.

Frühstück und Lage waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Ich habe vom 23. auf den 24. März im Hotel Alegria in Nazca übernachtet. Insgesamt war das Hotel in Ordnung und die Lage durchaus gut.

Allerdings war ich vom Ablauf beim Check-out sehr enttäuscht. Es wurden mir zusätzliche Gebühren berechnet, die zuvor nicht transparent kommuniziert wurden. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass eine Kartenzahlung in US-Dollar anschließend trotz Angabe bei Booking.com nicht möglich war. Stattdessen musste ich in lokaler Währung zahlen, wobei ein deutlich schlechter, aus meiner Sicht nicht nachvollziehbarer Wechselkurs angewendet wurde. Dadurch erhöhte sich der ursprünglich angegebene Preis von 66 USD auf etwa 80 USD.

Dieses Vorgehen empfand ich als intransparent und unfair, weshalb ich das Hotel nur eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann.

Estacionamento fechado e espaçoso dentro do hotel. Área da piscina com mesas próximas tornando o local gostoso de fazer uma refeição ou passar o tempo. Quartos espaçosos. Funcionários super atenciosos e prestativos.

Prettige plek in een drukke stad
Pros:

We hadden een nacht bus en kregen een late check out tot 22.30.
Verder vrij rustig en mooie tuin.

Cons:

In de nacht werd er nogal veel gepraat in de accommodatie. Niet duidelijk wie dat waren. Zonder airco wel gehorig.
