Hotel Alegria is a convenient option if you’re stopping in Nazca to split the long journey between Paracas and Arequipa or to visit the Nazca Lines. The hotel is located just a two-minute walk from the Cruz del Sur bus station, which makes arrival and departure very easy. The building is old but has a certain charm, and the staff was extremely helpful. They assisted us in organizing a taxi to the Nazca Lines observatory, and everything worked out perfectly. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, which was especially appreciated in the warm Nazca climate.

Cons:

The only downside was the breakfast, which was honestly not very good. Some items were not replenished once they ran out, which was disappointing. It may have just been an unlucky morning, but the breakfast experience could definitely be improved.

O ambiente em si é muito bonito, saguão e área de lazer (piscina) e a equipe é bem atenciosa, nos ajudou com todas as dúvidas que tivemos. Eles têm estacionamento também.

Cons:

Os quartos são simples, a cama um pouco dura e o chuveiro parecia uma lágrima, muito fraquinho e a água quente não funcionava.

An oasis in Nasca...
Pros:

Arrived in Nasca on the bus, the station was right across the street from the hotel. Not much to look at from the street, but when you get inside, it is a different world. Serene, clean, and comfortable. The pool area is an oasis away from the bustle of the street outside. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, slept well.
