Our favorite place to stay in Vienna
Pros:

This was our third stay at this budget hotel in Vienna, and once again it did not disappoint. The location may look a little less central on a map, but in reality it is just a few minutes’ walk from Vienna Hauptbahnhof, from where you can get virtually anywhere, both within the city and beyond.

The rooms are simple and clean, with a funky pink theme that gives them a bit of playful character. What amazes me every time is how incredibly good the soundproofing is: despite the railway tracks running right next to the hotel, you hear virtually nothing from the trains.

Breakfast is perfectly good, with eggs, a child-favourite pancake machine, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, sweet pastries, and some particularly nice vegetable spreads.

There is also an insanely good playground complex not far from the hotel, suitable for children of all ages and almost worth the trip on its own.

I also really appreciated the staff’s help with the logistics of my bicycles and car in the garage.

Cons:

A fridge in the room would be a nice addition.
