Our stay at Luxotel Hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. This was no the firat time we stay in it. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to support us with anything we needed. What made the experience even more special this time was the care and attention they showed as we had a member with disability.
The team made sure all the necessary arrangements and adjustments were prepared in advance to ensure comfort and accessibility throughout our stay. Their hospitality, kindness, and genuine willingness to help exceeded our expectations in every way.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay comfortable, smooth, and memorable specially Svetlava, Ibrahim, and Magdy. We highly recommend Luxotel Hotel and would definitely love to revisit it again.

الموقع بمحل بعيد عن المركز والضوضاء، فندق ممتاز للي بده يقضي وقت هدوء وراحة.
الشاطئ نظيف وممتاز، تجربة غوص مع طاقم مهني وعلى مستوى عالمي.
الطاقم كله ممتاز من محمد مدرب الغوص المنقذين بالبركة وعالشاطئ، المطعم مع طاقم ودود زي هبة، الريسبشن مع سفطلانا، كل فرد من افراد الطاقم كانوا استثنائيين.
الطعام بالمطعم 10/10 !!!
عالفطور الصبح بالبوفيه مجبورين يحطوا ماكنة تعمل قهوة لاتيه/ كابوتشينو وضع ابريق قهوة سوداء وابريق حليب سخن لحاله غير ملائم لهيك فندق.
الغرفة بدون بلكون، تنشيف ملابس السباحة مشكلة.
الانترنت لازم يكون اسرع.
The resort has its own private beach with a coral reef where you could do snorkeling and scuba diving, which was really nice. the place offers an amazing retreat for a solo travel or a couples stay. all the staff were nice and hospitable. the food was nice, they offered a good variety in the breakfast buffet. i would recommend this place for people who want a nice peaceful retreat away from the city, where you can still enjoy doing some water activities.
It's the only hotel I'd keep choosing over and over when in Aqaba.

I stayed for several days at Luxotel Hotel Aqaba, and it was a very excellent experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel was very high compared to nearby hotels, which was one of the most positive things I noticed. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and varied.
The reception service was wonderful, with a warm smile and a nice welcome, including offering juice upon arrival.
The pizza restaurant inside the hotel was very tasty. The beach was clean and comfortable, and the marina area was also clean and relaxing.
The swimming pool was very suitable, as it has different depths reaching around 3.5 meters.
The hotel also offers nice activities such as diving, which made the experience more enjoyable. I hope they will add more activities and entertainment options for guests in the future.
Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend this hotel.
The only point that may be considered negative is the location. The hotel is a bit far from Aqaba city center, and taxi costs in Aqaba are relatively expensive. However, this is not a major issue because many guests choose this hotel for relaxation and a quiet stay.
It would be very helpful if the hotel could provide a shuttle bus from the hotel to Aqaba city center twice a day. This would make transportation easier and more convenient for guests.

The only thing I didn't like was the location. It's a bit far from the center.

This is a delightful hotel which isn’t too big but gives you a luxury stay. There is a lovely beach with its own reef for snorkelling. We had a room that led straight out to the beach where there are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The restaurant served plentiful and tasty meals including a buffet on 2 nights that we were there. They will organise taxis to Aqaba and to the airport. The staff are really lovely and will go out of their way to ensure you have a happy stay.
