Pros:

Actually, everything is excellent starting from the breakfast which is amazing and the chef Ahmed is a very nice and welcoming guy. Also the front desk people are very nice Specially Arif.

I will not recommend this for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

This is a non-maintained property. Issues I faced:

1. First room given to me had lights and AC not working
2. Second room had issues with washroom and AC
3. Windows were full of dust
4. Linens not clean
5. Internet not working
6. No good breakfast option (though whatever I ordered, they made it complimentary).
