It was a great stay in a hotel. the breakfast was very yummy and versatile. The room with the view on Nile was amazing. Also really liked the pool area and the restaurant there. The stuff was very kind and helpful! Thank you!
Fabulous hotel - clean, modern and beautifully decorated. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our suite was huge for a family of 4. Separate bathroom, dressing room with laundry, small kitchen with full appliances, huge picture window out to Cairo and very comfortable beds. We had everything we needed. Hotel staff in the restaurants were also very helpful and service, while a little slow, was good. We dined for breakfast, lunch and dinner at 2 different restaurants over our 4 day stay.
The Nile view suite was amazing. The service and friendliness of the staff wonderful. Super safe area. Great food.
Negatives:
The hotel is not smoke free and the smell of cigarettes is everywhere.
They need to close the door to the lounge where smoking is allowed.
They use a very heavy air freshener.
Carpet in the room should be replaced with a hard floor covering.
We stayed at this hotel for 4 days while we were travelling in Egypt. We chose a suite overlooking the Nile. Our room was amazing. It was large clean and comfortable. We have an great view of the Nile and on clear days we could see the pyramids of Giza. The staff were kind and helpful. Customer relations representative, Maryam was especially helpful. It was an added bonus to have a washer and dryer in our suite as it allowed us to pack less clothes for the trip.
We signed up for the breakfast buffets. They had an excellent selection of foods including made to order omelettes. We ate dinner in some of their restaurants and always enjoyed good food.

We stayed at this lovely hotel in a river-facing suite on the top floor, and the views from our room were stunning. You can enjoy the sunset from your room. The staff were very helpful, and Mohamed from housekeeping made sure our room was perfectly clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The room itself was fine. I was in a suite, but it was oddly set up. There was clearly a spot where a couch should have been, but instead it was empty. No real place to sit and eat within the room aside from a small table near the kitchen that would fit one person.
Outside of the hotel is a highway and it was constantly noisy. This might be true of many hotels in Cairo, but I found all the honking and noise to disturb my sleep.
English communication was difficult unless speaking to the front desk. Even had a server at the hotel restaurant tell me I could not charge breakfast to my room.
ATM in the hotel was broken the whole time I was there, when I asked about it, the front desk seemed to have no idea there was even an issue.
Room would get quite hot throughout the day, but the staff would turn off the A/C when cleaning, so you always came back to a hot room. And this stay was in the winter, so I can only imagine the summer.
There was a grocery store a couple minute walk away, which was convenient.
Room service was adequate. Not amazing.
They have a call policy if you leave do not disturb on for your room. It says as much in the hotel pamphlet, but would have been nice to know when checking in. I was woken up by them calling to check on me
Not the safest area to be in. Very not-walkable.
I'd stay again if I had to, but I mostly chose the location because I was working nearby.

Professional, friendly staff ready to do what it took to make us comfortable. Spacious suite, but the city view is not good. Very good breakfast, attentive staff, nice view of restaurants. I would have loved to hear some Egyptian music in the restaurants but it was always western music.
We had a wonderful stay. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. Our suite had amazing nile and pyramids view. Would highly recommend this location.

The hospitality of the staff was excellent and the location was easy to find. The only disappointment was that the walls between us and our neighbors were thin and we could hear the noise well, and the windows were not double-glazed, so the noise from cars on the main road was very loud.
They took care of the safety pretty well and the staff was very friendly. Thank you.
