Dingy dark small room , location on the main road with noise pollution & no place to park .

Staff friendly , cleanliness
While we stayed in evening we heard people shouting in nearby room , hotel service staff told there were people in near room so they might have made sound …. Maybe board to remain silent is required as we came for my sister exam and she needed to study
The complimentary tea and drinking water in the room were so good. Similarly, the complimentary soap,shower gel, and shampoo and providing prompt and regular services and providing fresh towels was another bonus. The free breakfast was just amazing. Every morning, I was able to taste authentic Indian food. Everything was just so good, and there was the ever-smiling and very pleasant Mondal at the restaurant who was so helpful in explaining every food that was served. The services were far better than my expectations.

The staff as well as as the location of the hotel were excellent
bathroom drainage for both wash basin and shower needs urgent service to prevent overflow and flooding. AC filter needs to be cleaned.
Location. Hygiene. Modern setup. Nice Cafe (outsourced) on Ground floor.
Small room size. The safe in the room was so small that it could probably hold one wallet and cash and It was also locked from before so I couldn't use it. Hot Water in the tap at night took 10 minutes to come. So if one needs hot water at night they would probably have to waste 100's of liters of cold water before it comes. Bangalore has less ground water and its criminal to see such a waste of precious water. There is no room service whatsoever. Except for breakfast, you have to depend on delivery apps. Breakfast menu nice but limited to south Indian options. The guests in the hotel are usually young low paid executives and they were very loud till 1am on both nights I stayed and I had to complain about them. There are few amenities given in the washroom (no shaving kit, no shower cap, one dental kit for 2 persons)
