Groot, lumineus appartement dat s avonds gemakkelijk verduisterd kan worden door automatische rollui
Pros:

Goede communicatie via WhatsApp. Door een storm waren de terrassen vuil. Dit is op aanvraag daags nadien gekuisd geweest. Ook enkele keren werden de handdoeken ververst en het toilet gereinigd

Weinig potten en pannen om te koken

Pros:

Very spacious and comfortable, just a few minutes from the next metro station. Tidy and clean with all the essentials for a short stay.

Cons:

We got unlucky with some very loud neighbors (above us) during our stay.

Clean, organized, and a wonderful experience.
Pros:

The place was very clean, well organized, and comfortable. The design was modern and everything was well prepared. It felt welcoming and made the stay very enjoyable

Cons:

The only issue was with the parking. Another car blocked the entrance, and I had to call the police to resolve it and report the vehicle details. The property owners were contacted but were unable to assist in this situation. Thankfully, I wasn’t already inside the parking, otherwise it would have been more difficult.

Lovely apartment ☺️
Pros:

The apartment is spacious and very clean with a good supply of essentials.
The staff Mardi and Lia are absolutely amazing and very helpful. QUICK RESPONSE on contact, and they also facilitated and suggested places to visit.

Cons:

I can't fault anything. The staff is attentive, and there is high security.

Pros:

Lage gut - 4 min zu Fuß zur Metro! Moderne Einrichtung, unkomplizierter Eingang mit Code, 3 Balkone!! Dazwischen (waren nur 3 Nächte) wurden sogar die Handtücher getauscht! Top!!

Cons:

Einmal Boden aufwaschen davor hätte nicht geschadet. War nicht schlimm, hätte aber bei der Sauberkeit 1 Stern mehr gegeben. Bei den Stiegen und im Bad ist es aufgefallen

Simplement parfait
Pros:

Une très belle expérience de cet appartement situé à kato patissia. 2 belles chambres avec tv et salle d'eau distinctes. 1 salon avec tv. A 5 station de métro de monastiraki, on peut se rendre en centre ville en 20mn. La station de métro est à 200m de l'appart. Le ménage et le changement de serviettes se fait tout les 2 jours, très très bien !. Le quartier kato patissia est safe et il y a beaucoup de commerces. boulangerie à 10m de l'appartement, épicerie à 40m, lidl à 800m. Bref tout ce qu'il faut pour se sustenter. WIFI parfait !! . Il y a une climréversible dans chaque chambre et une dans le salon. toutes fonctionnelles. Le prix de la location était plus que raisonnable pour un 75m2 au mois de mars. Comparé aux tarifs des apparts en plein centre ville c'est une aubaine. Appartement très très calme pour les 2 chambres. A noter un très grand blacon pour les deux chambres. Vraiment top. A noter l'excellente communication avec les gestionnaires de l'appart, tout ce fait sur WHATs App. Le code de la chambre est également communiqué sur WHATs app, surveillez votre mobile !! Ils sont très réactifs et répondent du tac au tac sur la moindre sollicitation. A noter le lidl pour son excellent tarama, tzatziki, melidzanosalata, raki d'excellente qualité et au tarif imbattable. 3 fois moins cher que ce qui est vendu dans les autres supermachés et bien meilleurs. Un super appartement et une superbe équipe. Je répéte kato patissia est safe quoique que l'on dise. C'est un quartier certes populaire mais vraiment très grec. Encore merci au staff, nous marquons cet appartement sur nos tablettes et y reviendront surement ! Efraristo para poly !!

Cons:

la climatisation mode chauffage réglée sur 21 dans les chambres et 22 dans le salon. La consigne n'est pas modifiable (économie d'energie), il faut juste envoyer un message WHAT's app pour demander de monter la consigne de 1 ou 2 °C. Casserole de 3 litres bien insuffisante pour cuire des pates pour 4 personne .... une casserole de 4 ou litres serait bien !!
Quelques traces de vécu dans l'appart à considérer pour les psychorigides (peinture, fixation prises ...) mais rien de catastrophique. La tv hertzienne qui ne fonctionnait pas dans une chambre, heureusement il y a netflix et youtube. bon quelques couacs ici et la mais qui au vu de la prestatio générale (surface, prix, prestations) cela reste un 10/10.
