Set the bar so high, every other hotel is bad now for me

Das Hotel vom ersten Moment an unglaublich. Man kommt in diese wunderschöne Lobby und wir freundlich empfangen. Das Personal (egal in welchem Bereich) war zuvorkommend, freundlich und sehr hilfbereit.
Ich hatte am ersten Tag einen medizinischen Vorfall im Flugzeug und wurde bei der Ankunft sofort nett versorgt von der Rezeption, es wurde regelmäßig nachgefragt wie es mir geht und sogar am Morgen darauf kam die Ops Managerin zu mir an den Frühstückstisch um persönlich nachzufragen.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr sehr sauber und wurden 2x täglich gereinigt. Es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt.

Ich kann behaupten, dass dieses Hotel meinen Standard so gehoben hat, dass nichts an diese Experience rankommen witd.

Stylish aesthetics, quiet and intimate atmosphere, fabulous breakfast, stunning sea-facing views
Pros:

Beach is right behind the hotel's pool, you can order food and drinks right to the sunbeds, all the staff were really helpful. They recommended great one-day trips and interesting venues nearby. Rooms are well equipped, clean, stylish. A modern, darker colour dominant, elegant design. Spa is very pretty and offers exceptionally great massage. Breakfast is amazing. A real luxury experience all around!

I especially loved the little fun figure statues hidden everywhere in and around the hotel!

Cons:

Not a problem for me but: if you want to go to Rhodes old town often, it's a bit far, 15-20min drive.

Vse pohvale!
Pros:

Osebje je zelo prijazno, vedno nasmejano. Lokacija je odlična. Hotel je prečudovit! Na bazenu je vedno mirno, res se lahko odpočiješ, ni veliko ljudi, pogled na bazen in sam kompleks je prelep. Vse pohvale! Soba večkrat na dan pospravljena, vse potrebne stvari dobiš v hotelu, vsi so zelo prijazni in ustrežljivi.

Cons:

Edina slabost je za kadilce, ker je prepovedano kajenje. V restavraciji tudi elektronskih cigaret ne smeš kaditi.

Ein tolles Zimmer mit guter Größe und tollem Meerblick. Die Hotelangestellten waren ausnahmslos extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum (kleines Buffet und sehr leckere a la carte-Auswahl). Wir waren mehr als zu Frieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.

5 звезд по уровню сервиса, но 4 звезды по инфаструктуре

персонал отеля гостеприимный и внимательный. действительно двуспальная кровать, а не французская, как чаще бывает. в пешей доступности приличных ресторанов нет, но в отеле хорошая кухня, ужины отличные. пляжный бар тоже хорош, обедали только там.

Cons:

пляж песчаный насыпной, вход в воду каменистый, для детей и пожилых может быть опасным, легно подскользнуться. это не вина и не минус отеля, но для некоторых это критично. лежаки очень старые и неудобные, никак не соответствуют уровню отеля. территория маленькая, справа и слева отели "пакетных" туристов, вечером там громкие развлечения. В самом отеле нет кафе или бара, где можно было бы пообедать в прохладе, посидеть в жару после обеда. ресторан открывался в 18.30, а в баре на пляже при 35 градусах жары не всем комфортно.
в целом отель понравился. но стоимость считаю высокой, я бы сказала, что это 5 звезд по уровню сервиса, но 4 звезды по инфаструктуре. то есть не соответствует уровень цене на мой взгляд
