Restaurant staff was kind and really helpful and attentive which came in contrast of the rest of the managing staff. I did not feel we were attended
Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.
First, the information regarding the **airport shuttle is misleading**. The hotel advertises an airport shuttle without making it sufficiently clear that it is subject to an additional charge. The free shuttle is apparently only available when booking **directly through the hotel’s own website and for a minimum stay of four nights**. When we raised this issue, the hotel simply blamed Booking.com rather than acknowledging the confusing information or taking any responsibility.
More seriously, we experienced **food poisoning during our stay**, which significantly affected us and ruined an important part of our holiday. This was by far the most serious issue.
The **location and surroundings are also disappointing**. While there is a sea view, the side views overlook unattractive neighboring hotels and buildings. There was also **loud music at night**, disturbing the silence and making the environment considerably less relaxing than expected.
We also requested a **late checkout**. In our experience, many hotels will accommodate a reasonable late checkout without charge when availability permits, particularly when guests have experienced significant problems during their stay. Here, however, the hotel initially insisted on charging us extra. Only after we insisted and pointed out the various problems we had encountered — including the food poisoning — did they exceptionally agree to waive the charge. I found this approach unnecessarily rigid and commercially poor, especially given the circumstances.
The **checkout process itself was another unnecessarily bad experience**. At checkout, we were presented with a bill containing expense descriptions in Greek, making it impossible for us to properly understand and verify the individual charges. The solution offered by the hotel was to bring out every single copy of our sig

Our stay was amazing: the hotel facilities were top-notch, from the room (spacious and clean), to the swimming pool with a wonderful sunbeds area, to the beach and beach club, all was wonderful. However, what made our stay exceedingly pleasant was the staff who made everything in their power to be helpful.
We also loved the breakfast, both the buffet and the à la carte one, which was perfect.

As this is comparably small, boutique hotel, we liked quite, cozy atmosphere, very nice rooms and pool area, friendly staff, good breakfast.
One minor disappointment was that the lobby bar was closed during our visit, so we couldn't grab a drink in the evening. It would have been nice to have the opportunity to have a drink or two after dinner, and to have a place to socialize with other guests.
