Pros:

Location very close to plaza de armas, on a pedestrian street. Comfy rooms, colonial style front building. Water/tea station.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet space a bit tight, felt easily crowded. There was space outside, but guests did not use it.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel à quelques minutes de la Plaza de las armas
Personnel serviable, bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

L insonorisation trop faible des portes donc on entend les gens circuler et parler donc peu être gênant la nuit. Sur nos 2 nuits une s est déroulée sans aucune gêne l autre un peu moins bien

Great location, helpful staff and lovely place to stay
Pros:

The location of the property and the breakfast they provided was excellent! The hotel was very clean. They were nice enough to let us check out an hour later.

Cons:

Because there are 3 floors and factoring in the altitude, it’s difficult lugging up suitcases up 4 flights of stairs so I think hotel needs an elevator.

Estadia de uma semana em Arequipa
Pros:

Hotel localizado próximo da Plaza de Armas em uma mansão colonial convertida. Ambiente muito bonito. Quartos limpos e confortáveis, recepção atenciosa. Ótimo café da manhã, porém não é estilo buffet como em outros hotéis. Como muitos passeios partem antes da abertura do restaurante, o hotel nos proporcionou um "breakfast box" com o café da manhã para levar.

Cons:

Durante nossa estadia a TV não funcionou (era um problema geral do hotel). Como são smart TVs, acho que o hotel poderia ter liberado a conexão da tv ao wi-fi, assim cada um poderia usar seus serviços de streaming. O quarto para casal poderia ter duas cadeiras ao invés de uma só.

Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bien, la ubicación también. El personal con disposición de ayuda permanente y las guías para conocer los sitios especiales de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son confortables, el aseo muy bien.

Cons:

La señal de televisión pésima, tampoco tenía buena conectividad a internet. Recién haciendo el check out del hotel, al comentarlo, me dijeron que podían haberme prestado una antena repetidora.

Servicio impecable y una ubicación ideal para descubrir la ciudad
Pros:

El lugar es hermoso y la atención excelente, siempre estaban atentos a los detalles y tuvieron gran disposición para acomodar las habitaciones cuando decidí extender la estadía. Con los desayunos también quedé gratamente sorprendido.

Si bien, está a unas cuantas cuadras de la plaza, la calle mercaderes está llena de vida, comercio y restaurantes, por lo que, transitarla es una invitación a caminar, disfrutar el paseo y la arquitectura.

Otro punto muy positivo es la insonorización, las habitaciones son muy silenciosas a pesar de estar en un sector con mucho movimiento.

Sin duda, si vuelvo a Arequipa este será mi lugar.

Cons:

Les chambres sont sans charme dans un bâtiment quelconque, dommage car la réception et la salle de petit déjeuner sont très belles. Le rapport qualité prix n’est du coup pas très bon. Le prix du service de blanchisserie est honteux.
