The standard of housekeeping deserves a mention. Everything was consistently neat and fresh, and we never had to worry about anything during our stay. The attention to cleanliness was obvious without feeling excessive.

Wir teilten dem Mitarbeiter der Rezeption mit, dass wir mit der Sauberkeit des Zimmers nicht zufrieden seien, da wir fremde Haare, abgeschnittene Nägel, benutzte Zahnbürstenbecher und einen großen Schimmelfleck neben der Balkontür fanden. Außerdem schloss die Balkontür nicht richtig, wodurch der Verkehr der Hauptstraße deutlich lauter vernehmbar war, als wenn man die Tür mit der Hand zugedrückt hielt.
Wir fragten nach einem anderen Zimmer. Der Rezeptionist ignorierte diesen Wunsch, wollte sich aber sofort das Zimmer anschauen.
Er betitelte bei der Begutachtung des Deluxe Doppelzimmers alles als Kleinigkeiten und versuchte dann lustlos unidentifizierbare Krümel mit einem Handbesen wegzufegen.
Unser Hinweis, dass wir es uns bei dem Preis (340 Euro für zwei Nächte) anders vorgestellt hatten, wurde leider nur belächelt.
We liked how easy it was to reach different parts of central Athens from the hotel. Monastiraki and other interesting areas were within walking distance, and public transport was also close by. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean and well organized.
