Good and comfortable stay, the only downside is the breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, but it's not noisy inside the room, and I was able to sleep well. It's convenient to travel around town from the hotel, as everything is within a few minutes to a maximum of 20 minutes' walk. The staff was friendly (especially the person at breakfast). I made a special request for a room, and they accepted it and gave me the type of room I wanted, which I appreciate. There is free luggage storage if you arrive before check-in or if you want to leave your bags after check-out. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The decor is a bit outdated, but I take it as part of the vibe and local charm.

Cons:

The only downside for me was the breakfast. I arrived at 9, and it felt like there were only leftovers remaining. The products felt like the cheapest ingredients from Albert. The bread was dry, the fruits looked bad, and there was almost no variety. Another issue is the coffee- it was really bad, from a thermos, and not from a machine or even just the powder that I could make myself with the strength I like. I have a better breakfast at home, and I expect a hotel to provide a better experience than that.

Poloha priamo v centre, čisto

Cons:

Vybavenie izby nedostatočné. Posteľ, televízor a tekuté mydlo - to je všetko... Na hoteli za takúto cenu očakávam aspoň rýchlovarnú kanvicu, dokonca tam nebol ani šampón. Hotel síce čistý, ale zub času je veľmi cítiť. neodporúčam.

Spa Hotel ohne Spa
Pros:

Das Hotel ist mitten im Historischen Stadtkern. Lage war echt super. Das Zimmer selbst war auch gut. Schön groß und sauberes großes Bad.

Cons:

Frühstück ist 3 Sorten Wurst, Porridge, Spiegeleier und Brot. Evtl gab es ja eher auch Brötchen. Wie waren halb 9 essen. Ich sag mal so, der Kellner war nett, der Kaffee stark.
Handtücher werden alle 3 Tage gewechselt. Ok. Aber gar kein housekeeping fand ich schon merkwürdig für das Geld.
Außerdem hatte Ich nach dem spa Bereich angefragt, worauf mir schriftlich mitgeteilt wurde er ist nicht geöffnet an Feiertagen und am Wochenende. Für ein Hotel was sich spa hotel nennt schon komisch, aber ich habe es so hinbekommen. Aber: warum kamen mir dann am Samstag früh zwei Damen im Bademantel entgegen? Sprech ich die falsche Sprache?

Pros:

Ubytování bylo zcela dostačující a klidně bych jej využila znovu, dobře jsem se vyspala. V noci do pokoje doléhal zvuk z koncertu, ale byla jsem zde ubytována na noc během KVIFF, a tudíž jsem s tím počítala. Po skončení akce zde bylo ticho. Oceňuji čistotu pokoje a polohu hotelu. Snídaně dostačující. Na takovéto přespání doporučuji.

Cons:

Zařízení interiéru neodpovídá mému vkusu, ale tak to holt je. Instrukce na pokoji byly pouze v azbuce, na což upozorňovali již předchozí hosté; nechápu to. Jinak vše v pořádku, žádné procedury jsem nevyužila, těžko soudit.
