Pros:

Ubytování bylo zcela dostačující a klidně bych jej využila znovu, dobře jsem se vyspala. V noci do pokoje doléhal zvuk z koncertu, ale byla jsem zde ubytována na noc během KVIFF, a tudíž jsem s tím počítala. Po skončení akce zde bylo ticho. Oceňuji čistotu pokoje a polohu hotelu. Snídaně dostačující. Na takovéto přespání doporučuji.

Cons:

Zařízení interiéru neodpovídá mému vkusu, ale tak to holt je. Instrukce na pokoji byly pouze v azbuce, na což upozorňovali již předchozí hosté; nechápu to. Jinak vše v pořádku, žádné procedury jsem nevyužila, těžko soudit.

Ubytovani přímo u promenády, krásný pokoj, skvělá dostupnost.
Pros:

Nádherné ubytování přímo u promenády, všude blízko. Tradiční pokoje, predcilo očekávání.

Splnilo očekávání
Pros:

Hotel se nachází přímo na kolonádě, což znamená, že všechna důležitá místa jsou snadno dostupná. Pokoj, ve kterém jsem byla ubytována disponoval krásnou terasou a nabízel hezký výhled.

Cons:

Snídaně byla zklamáním... Káva se nedala pít, omeleta byla spálená, číšník nepozdravil ani se na nic nezeptal, úplná ignorace... Nakonec jsem se šla nasnídat do města.

Great location, rude staff
Pros:

The hotel is quite nice, the location is great, right in the centre by the colonnade. The room pleasantly surprised us with its size, especially the bathroom was huge and clean. The receptionist was a bit apathetic, but check-in and check-out went smoothly.

Cons:

At breakfast it turned out that although the receptionist had given us information that breakfast was served until 10.30, it was actually only until 9.30. When we arrived at 10am (on a Sunday) we were scolded for being late. Although it turned out that the mistake was on the hotel's side and we did get some breakfast after all, not only did no one apologise to us verbally, but we had to listen to rather vulgar rants from some gentleman in the kitchen (probably the cook) that we must be completely stupid to come for breakfast at 11 (it was 10.15 by then) when he was already cooking lunch, etc. Luckily we were only in the hotel for 1 night so we didn't stay for lunch. We really won't be going back to this hotel.

Very good location if not driving.
Pros:

Very good location. Good enough breakfast. Good value for money as a last minute trip.

Cons:

Bad communication with the property due not having front desk staff able to speak or understand basic English. Unable to source parking or assist in getting one also due language barrier probably. Not able to issue company invoice despite being stated in the actual booking.
