Perfektní poloha, příjemný personál :)
Pros:

Tohle ubytování opravdu předčilo očekávání. Pokoj jsem rezervovala na poslední chvíli kvůli karlovarskému filmovému festivalu, kdy se nejspíš i v hotelu uvolnil jeden pokoj, bohužel jen na jednu noc. Při rezervaci byl volný pouze pokoj s oddělenými postelemi, zkusila jsem požádat o pokoj s manželskou a vyšlo to víc než na jedničku. Dostali jsme pokoj v nejvyšším patře, s výhledem na řeku. Nejen obyčejný pokoj, ale prakticky apartmá! Opravdu nádherný zážitek. Samozřejmě hotel nemá nejnovější vybavení, je to takový karlovarský standard, ale za nás to bylo perfektní.

Postele pohodlné, personál velmi příjemný a snídaně fantastická! Opravdu velký výběr a celkem nestandardní nabídka (např. řízky!!), což jsme ocenili.

Место, персонал.питание свежее и скромное.ковры везде по отелям, давно выкинуть, будет больше воздуха.

Cons:

Нет чайника и делались по улице ремонтные работы, вырубывали свет, по пол дня, но 3 дняэто много из 7.кондиционеров нет.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación. Mantiene el ambiente y mobiliario de los hoteles-spa del siglo pasado y esto le da cierto encanto.
Desayuno correcto.

Cons:

las cortinas pequeñas y se colaba la luz natural. Llevar antifaz porque en mayo, por ejemplo, es de día a las 5:00 am

Good and comfortable stay, the only downside is the breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, but it's not noisy inside the room, and I was able to sleep well. It's convenient to travel around town from the hotel, as everything is within a few minutes to a maximum of 20 minutes' walk. The staff was friendly (especially the person at breakfast). I made a special request for a room, and they accepted it and gave me the type of room I wanted, which I appreciate. There is free luggage storage if you arrive before check-in or if you want to leave your bags after check-out. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The decor is a bit outdated, but I take it as part of the vibe and local charm.

Cons:

The only downside for me was the breakfast. I arrived at 9, and it felt like there were only leftovers remaining. The products felt like the cheapest ingredients from Albert. The bread was dry, the fruits looked bad, and there was almost no variety. Another issue is the coffee- it was really bad, from a thermos, and not from a machine or even just the powder that I could make myself with the strength I like. I have a better breakfast at home, and I expect a hotel to provide a better experience than that.

Poloha priamo v centre, čisto

Cons:

Vybavenie izby nedostatočné. Posteľ, televízor a tekuté mydlo - to je všetko... Na hoteli za takúto cenu očakávam aspoň rýchlovarnú kanvicu, dokonca tam nebol ani šampón. Hotel síce čistý, ale zub času je veľmi cítiť. neodporúčam.
