Très belle découverte
Pros:

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec un bébé en bas âge à l’hôtel Miramare et notre séjour a été très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, le restaurant excellent et le personnel est particulièrement attentionné et gentil.

La chambre offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, elle est spacieuse et la literie est confortable, même si les oreillers sont un peu fermes à notre goût. La propriété est également très bien entretenue et l’ambiance est calme, avec peu de monde, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus reposant.

Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, mais le personnel est toujours prêt à aider pour monter les bagages ou la poussette, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié avec un bébé.

Très belle expérience en Albanie, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Pros:

Morgenmaden var godt.
Personalet havde ikke så meget styr på tingene. De så ikke glade ud og ikke til meget hjælp.

Perfect Hotel to visit and drink coffee with a view but over priced for what it is.
Pros:

The view from the Hotel restaurant and outdoor dining area was exceptional and one of the main selling points of the hotel. The breakfast was also very nice, plenty of options and held between a good time frame. The staff were all very friendly, particular shout out to Jonny and Anisa who were informative, helped us book taxis and advised us on places to eat and drink. The Hotel owner and his family were all very lovely as well.

Cons:

We had what felt like 'drawn the short straw' we knew we did not have a Sea view room, the room was advertised as 'back-view' but what it failed to mention was that this was a view of the car park and walkway into the hotel. For the majority of our holiday we were unable to be in our room without the curtains shut which meant we were in darkness a lot of the time as the lights were dim and if we wanted to get changed or get ready we had to keep them shut to avoid being exposed. The car park was also where all staff went to smoke, so we could see everyone smoking under our room and they could see us. Our room also lacked a decent amount of plug sockets, our European adapters wouldn't work, yet when we moved hotel they were perfectly fine elsewhere. Also, as a matter of Health & Safety, there was some loose metal covering a drain (not sure how to describe it) and when someone stood on one side of it, it lifted the other side and smacked me in the foot as it was not secure. I told the hotel as it nearly cut my foot open but it was not fixed even when i left and could have hurt someone. The food menu could have been more diverse, only Seafood and not much else and when we did ask for something they didnt have it so we ended up eating elsewhere every day.

View from room.

Cons:

To note This is not a spa hotel. The reception does not pay attention. The bread and eggs ran out in the morning during breakfast also. Wouldn’t advise this place as sets out to be amazing but not the way advertised.

Friendly atmosphere but as a guest felt it was operating more as a venue than a hotel.
Pros:

Very clean rooms with amazing view in the bar/restaurant especially at sunset. The breakfast was okay and dinner was overall tasty and very generous portions. This hotel doesn’t have beach access but it’s a short 5 min drive to a lovely beach club called Vega that the receptionist suggested much cheaper than the closest option (hotel next door)

Cons:

Staff were friendly but overall unhelpful. We booked an extra night and alerted them to this on arrival so there would be no issues with getting locked out of our room on the original check out date. This was not communicated and we were locked out anyway. Biggest issue was the loud private parties they hosted two nights in a row. There was no warning that the inside resturant would not be accessible for guests for dinner and no heads up or appreciation that guests were kept awake 2 nights in a row. When going downstairs to complain and ask how long the noise would be going no one was on reception.
