Staff was excellent. The views were amazing. The room was comfortable, clean, and elegant. The breakfast was fresh and had a huge variety of options. Parking and transfer to the hotel was seamless.
We loved our stay at Pianelle, fantastic location, beautiful views of Matera, room was fantastic and had all the amenities we needed and was very well laid out. Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff.
A drink at their terrace is a must do to watch the sun set and watch the town come to life at night.
Hotel arranged transfer for us from the car park which was a 5 min drive away.

La posizione, le attenzioni del personale sempre preoccupato che tutto fosse ok. Gli arredi sono contemporanei e incorniciano la storicità del posto. All’arrivo un piccolo pensierino ci ha accolto con grande piacere.
Solo due consigli per migliorare ulteriormente la qualità della struttura che rimane elevata. Credo che una struttura così di livello debba avere una propria proposta di attività di valore. In città ce ne sono molte, ma eccessivamente turistiche: suggerirei di proporre attività selezionate e adeguate alla clientela della struttura. Altra cosa che consiglierei è di ampliare l’offerta della colazione che é già ottima e ricca di proposte locali, ma potrebbe esserlo ancora di più visto l’infinito patrimonio di Matera.

El servicio de todos los empleados tanto en recepción como en el bar así como el servicio de desayuno.
La ubicación es inmejorable y la habitación era extraordinaria con detalles que la convertían en especial como el diseño del baño sumergido en roca con una iluminación que evocaba a la propia ciudad.
Que nos hubiéramos podido quedar más noches!
