Komfortabel und modern
Pros:

Super Lage im Zentrum. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war gut für Italien. Sehr modern, stilvoll und sehr sauber. Authentisch in den Felsen gebaut. Die Zimmer sind unterschiedlich gross, teilweise sicher grosszügiger als die angegebenen 20m2.

Great place to stay but no A/C

Exceptional, helpful reception personnel. Excellent location, convenient to everything. Loved the breakfast.

Cons:

No A/C in any room. Apparently they were still running heat for all rooms and they don't turn on air conditioning until May for energy conservation. Our room was hot and because we had to leave the window open for cooler air, we heard loud voices outside. We believe that the A/C issue should have been disclosed during the reservation process. It was more difficult to get good sleep. However, yhe resort is very beautiful. We would highly recommend it but verify A/C before confirming reservations. We loved roaming around the city especially at night. Good restaurants within 5 minutes walk. We also loved the hike in Parco Murgia. However, it was quite rocky and requires good stamina and good hiking shoes.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist einzigartig & wunderschön. Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Frühstück war gut, keine sehr große Auswahl aber ausreichend. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse am Dach ist traumhaft.
Lage ist perfekt um Matera zu erkunden, für 15 Euro gab es einen Shuttle zu einer modernen Garage.
Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

A experiência de acomodação no Sassi foi muito especial. Tudo de muito bom gosto e pensado no conforto do hóspede. Instalações excelentes e detalhes pensados desde a aromaterapia e cromoterapia até o serviço atencioso de todos

The staff, the view from the room, how spacious the room was, the rain shower. What a gorgeous place.

Wunderschönes Hotel
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel mitten in Martera. Die Zimmer sind einzigartig & sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war auch super & ausreichend. Wir können das Hotel allen wärmstens empfehlen.

Pros:

La posizione strategica dentro i sassi. Le stanze nuove e confortevoli. La qualità dei prodotti offerti a colazione (preparati dalla loro cuoca). Lo staff è gentilissimo.

Cons:

Lo spazio per la colazione è risicato.
Forse una struttura del genere merita una SPA.
