Maravillosa estancia, vistas increíbles y servicio de primera calidad.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, personal amable siempre dispuesto a ayudar y solucionar. Habitación muy confortable! Volveria sin dudarlo. Una ambientación super moderna y de muy buen gusto.

Pros:

O hotel é na região do sasso, tem um projeto arquitetônico que engloba os quartos as cavernas de uma forma chique e elegante.
O quarto é confortável e reformado, o café da manhã estava muito gostoso e com tudo fresquinho. O staff do restaurante também nos atendeu com muita gentileza e os da recepção sempre muito comunicativos e atenciosos.
Recomendo a hospedagem.

This stay absolutely exceeded expectations - the photos don't do it justice. A beautiful hotel, with all provisions you'd need, in a great location. The staff were incredibly helpful and the room was perhaps the most gorgeous I've ever stayed in. Thank you so much!

Au coeur de Matera, emplacement parfait, face à la gravina. On se déplace aisément à pied partout. Accueil très sympathique et chambre de bon confort, avec une jolie déco.

Cons:

Déception au petit-déjeuner : choix assez limité, pas de yaourts nature (seulement aromatisés et bizarrement liquides), pas de fruits secs locaux, une seule variété de pain (et pas de grille pain) offre salée très réduite, pas de variétés de crudités. Oeufs à la demande.

Overall very beautiful property and conveniently located.

The location was perfect! Nice spacious modern rooms and friendly staff.

Cons:

No air conditioner only heater system in the rooms. We asked a friendly staff member, and the alternative option was to turn off heater system. Opened a window but there was no screen and huge mosquito bugs were flying in the room. The mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable which seems to be very common in Europe.

Pros:

Spektakuläre Lage mitten Centro Storico.
Traumhaftes Zimmer, modern, hell und sauber. Es gibt eine Terrasse nur für die Hotelgäste. Super freundliches Personal. Wir waren sehr froh um den Parkplatz in der Garage und den dazugehörigen Transfer zum Hotel. Super Lösung.

Pianelle Resort was such great place to stay. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect - amazing views and close to everything. The beds were comfortable. Room was clean and bathrooms were spacious - loved the big shower with various types of water flow. I would stay here again.
