Kijelentkezésnél a tablet nem működött megfelelően, ami kisebb fejtörést okozott. WhatsApp-on rövid üzenetváltást követően megoldódott. Illetve volt egy indokolatlan 20€-s összeg zárolás a számlámról, amit ismételten egy üzenetváltást követően sztornóztak.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing.

There was never anyone available at the reception desk. Every time we needed assistance, there was no staff member to speak to, only a WhatsApp number connected to an AI automated response system. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the automated responses were often unhelpful and lacked basic courtesy or empathy. We were never informed in advance that there would be no reception staff on-site and that communication would be handled only through a laptop and automated messages.

We arrived at the hotel at 8:00 AM. While we fully understand that early check-in should normally be arranged in advance, there was availability and it seemed possible for us to access the room earlier, even with an additional charge. However, no effort was made to accommodate us. As a result, we had to spend hours carrying heavy luggage because there was no secure luggage storage area available.

Security was also a concern. The entrance door remained open, there was no access control, and anyone could enter the building freely. We did not feel that our belongings were adequately protected.

When we finally entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, during check-out, the tablet that was required for the process had run out of battery, making it impossible for us to complete the check-out procedure properly.

Overall, the lack of staff presence, poor communication, the impersonal and unhelpful automated support, security concerns, and operational issues made our stay far below expectations.

Mancanza bidè!! Bagno molto piccolo, sensazione di claustrofobia, hall molto piccola senza personale in loco, ascensore molto piccolo, quando si arriva al piano non si può entrare direttamente in stanza se si hanno valigie, non ci sono corridoi o altri spazi, solo un metro quadro che serve da anticamera per due stanze, se arrivi prima o vai via dopo gli orari previsti devi pagare 20€ ma soprattutto ho perso mezz'ora per pagare 50 centesimi all arrivo,oppure non si entra, operazione non sempre facile ed intuitiva,non si può pagare in contanti ma con un tablet e carta, se non si ha internet può essere un problema, poi booking fa indicare i costi inclusi di tutto e quindi non si capisce questa storia dei 50 centesimi, dopo aver pagato anticipatamente, il tempo che ho perso non mi è stato rimborsato

The property was very small and tight in places. You felt on top of the guests in the next room.

The Sink too small, the access is a bit tight.
