A comfortable and welcoming stay from beginning to end
Pros:

The view from these rooms is stunning and worth the splurge.
Hotel management are very professional and friendly. Upon our arrival they provided details about hotel amenities and suggestions for our stay in Oia. They provided a ride from the airport on our arrival in Santorini, and arranged our transport to our hotel in Fira when our Oia holiday ended. Porters carried our luggage to and from our room - a VERY welcome service: there are many steps and levels of stairway to and from the rooms. Tip these guys well -- they sure deserve it!
The hotel's positively unique and memorable cave rooms made our stay just about perfect. The fully stocked kitchen was great for impromptu meals and reheating take-out meals.
The hotel is centrally located in Oia, convenient to the town square for transportation and a short walk from the point and Castle of St. Nicholas. Our spacious balcony patio was a great place to enjoy a continental breakfast while observing wedding tableaux and celebrations every morning, and gaze on the caldera through the day.

Their customer service was the best. Beautiful caldera views from the villa. Difficult to go to villas if you require walking assistance but porter available to carry luggages. Parking drop off a short walk from the villa. Yummy breakfast with wonderful outlook to the see and the best parts of Oia

Location is perfection!
Pros:

Beautiful traditional cliffside villas. Nicely styled. Spacious, clean and comfortable with lots of places to relax both inside and out. Peaceful location to take in the amazing views. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Pros:

I guess your really just paying for the view. The room wasn’t pleasant. It’s old. I guess it’s ok if that’s what your into. And the free breakfast I could have passed on. 4 pieces of bread, 2 hard boiled eggs. Coffee or tea and spinach pie. It all came in a run down basket.

This property has the best views you can imagine! Unique rooms with very relaxing patios . Quiet even when crowds are walking the paths .very friendly helpful staff! You must be be able to climb very steep steps absolutely.
