La luz del ascensor no funcionaba. No estaba bien explicada como llegar al hotel. No había ninguna comunicación del encargado con nosotros sobre las instrucciones de la entrada o pago. La reserva era para 2 personas y solo había toallas para una. Cuándo pregunté sobre ello (por WhatsApp) me indicaron un armario en la recepción en el que las toallas estaban todas destrozadas.
No había agua caliente en la ducha. La habitación no tiene ventanas y estaba muy húmeda. Me darán el código equivocado para sacar las llaves para la puerta. No explican antes de llegar como llegar al hotel y dónde se puede aparcar

Cons:

1. El estacionamiento sin vigilancia, sin luz y esta en el 2o piso donde igual te puede esperar un maleante, y tu no cuentas con ayuda.
2. Llegamos después de la celebración de Año Nuevo a las 03:30 a.m. y se pasa por un lector un QR el cual no podía leer. Al mismo tiempo esta ahí otro huésped y tampoco le leía su QR ese hombre más atrevido empujó la puerta y entramos.
3. Te piden te salgas rápidamente al siguiente día sin tener en cuenta que te tuvieron afuera largo tiempo
4. No hay agua caliente y justamente hacia muchísimo frío en CANCUN
5. Las toallas rotas y deshilachadas

Desgraciadamente no tomé fotos de mi pésima experiencia

Cobran la noche más de $2,000

The self serve function of this hotel did not suit us as we prefer to interact with people.

The hotel was clean

There was no front desk staff, communication was only through Whatsapp, the walls were thin and all sound from hallway could be heard, the toilet flushing noise occurred every half hour during the night, 2 of 3 pieces of gym equipment were malfunctioning, there was no window and on our last night our swipe code would not work.

Hotel que cumple lo ofrecido en el centro de Cancún.
Pros:

Es un hotel que cumple, excelentes camas, sábanas y almohadas. Aire acondicionado. Ubicado en una plaza donde hay casi de todo.. Es un hotel que opera "bajo tecnología" y no se puede pagar desde Booking sino que se paga con un link de mercado pago. Eso da desconfianza pero pagué sin problemas, Diego siempre pendiente y atento a toda duda. Ubicado en Av Cobá, muy cerca de todo. Tiene parking pero está muy oscuro. Ni un foco. No pasó nada pero las cosas cambiarían si hubiese una lámpara. Nosotros vamos a Cancún continuamente por cuestiones de trabajo y cumple con lo ofrecido. Sin duda volveremos. Descansamos estupendamente en la habitación 12. Nada de ruido y oscuridad total. Ignoro si las demás habitaciones tienen las mismas condiciones.

El hotel cumplió nuestras expectativas. Solamente el detalle de la.oscuridad total en el estacionamiento.
