Pros:

部屋、浴室ご広く冷蔵庫も冷凍室こそなかったが、大きく小さな流し台が付いていて持込みの食事がしやすかった。
窓口や配達のスタッフも丁寧に対応していただけました。

Cons:

最寄りの駅から距離はある。但し最寄りのバス停が別系統で2箇所徒歩5分程度にある。
鹿児島本線脇にあるので早朝から深夜まで列車音がかなり響くこと。
徒歩圏内にコンビニが無い。
