I like the room we get, it has a nice big mirror. The room is always clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be staying again!

Inexpensive, very dirty floors, bare bones and poor quality furniture.

For the price, it was okay… I guess. But it was sketchy due to all the sketchy people there looking at me as I went in. Very low end place, but I was safe and it fit my budget. I was just very surprised at the dirtiness of the floors and the poor quality of the rooms. In the end, I might go again because of the good prices. Even though I was not comfortable in the environment.

Bed was comfortable, near a lot of stores

Cons:

We found a baby cockroach in the shower curtain. Graffiti in the desk, sink was on the dirty side, weirdos in property. And the smoke alarm was pretty much hanging

You want cheap, you get cheap.
Pros:

It was a close drive to knotts berry farm.
Cheap compared to other places.

Cons:

Very outdated and run down. Bed was very hard. Sink was chipped and drained slowly.
Cockroaches were present.
Refrigerator was very noisy, grinding internally.
Ac was very noisy and likely needs servicing or replacement.
No microwave.
Homeless walking around cars in lot, touching.
Lots of guests walking around at night, 1am. Stomping down hallway.
