Pros:

Very friendly and supportive staff.

Cons:

Apparently was the off season so we didn’t have access to the bar, the second restaurant and the kids club also no evening program.

Das Safira Blu lässt einfach keine Wünsche offen :-)
Pros:

Einfach eine tolle Anlage, sehr geflegt, keine versteckten Mängel, einfach super. Das Personal im ganzen war sehr sehr freundlich und hat alles dafür getan, daß wir gerne noch einmal in dem Safira unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Pros:

Harry was excellent with accommodating the change of date due to the war in the UAE and which flexible numerous times with this Change and responded quickly Juma was fantastic with his personal skills and making us feel welcome and organising a celebration at one of the dinners all the staff were friendly smiling Happy Peter was excellent as well. I can’t remember all the staff members because all were fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean fantastic view breathtaking experience will 100% return I’ll be recommended in this hotel several friends Family ❤ and Business associates I will return Harry also said he’ll be coming to London and I’ll be happy to give him a tour of London and make recommend recommendations. We stayed at the DHOW hotel room cannot recommend enough can fit a family of four it was just two of us spacious amazing views and Sunset plenty of rooms to tan socialise watch television play music five stars.

Cons:

Only small things that could be better such as more flavours some eggs however the staff when asked my preference changed it to more seasonal eggs omelette one recommendation would be to add candles in the room of lemon grass to ensure mosquitoes bite.

Un coin de paradis
Pros:

Tout était absolument parfait : la localisation, le calme et la beauté du lieu. Un véritable petit coin de paradis, paisible et idéal pour un séjour en amoureux.

Le service est exceptionnel : toute l’équipe est d’une grande gentillesse et très attentive aux détails. Nous nous déplacions dans le domaine en petites voitures de golf et le service est disponible 24h/24 via WhatsApp, avec une équipe toujours très réactive.

La nourriture est également incroyable, chaque repas était un vrai plaisir.

Nous avons séjourné ici pour célébrer nos fiançailles et l’équipe a rendu ce moment encore plus spécial avec de magnifiques attentions dans la villa : gâteau, fleurs et décorations.

Nous avons aussi fait un shooting photo sur la plage de l’hôtel, c’était magique.

Merci à toute l’équipe pour ces moments inoubliables. Nous garderons un souvenir merveilleux de ce séjour.

Installations vétustes
Manque de mobilier et de déco dans la villa (pas de bureau notamment) et saleté des baies vitrées
Moteur de clim qui donne sur l’espace repos extérieur > bruit et chaleur
Excursion écourtée sans donner de raisons
Pensez à mettre votre portefeuille dans le coffre de la villa (vol de cash dans notre villa)

Pros:

Séjour exceptionnel. Le cadre est extrêmement reposant, la villa d’un confort total: volumes intérieurs, piscine, jacuzzi et vue imprenable sur l’océan indien. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Mention spéciale pour le GM Harry et pour Juma, et tout le staff que nous avons pu rencontrer, merci beaucoup pour votre disponibilité durant notre séjour. Tout est parfait, allez-y les yeux fermés !
