O Hotel é muito bonito e bem localizado

Cons:

O Hotel não tem recepção com um recepcionista nem no horário comercial. Hotel não possui uma caixa de primeiros socorros o que é obrigatório. Precisei de um tape/ fita pra curativo e um paracetamol e não tinham. O Staff é extremamente antipatico. Só monetizam, não teem nada de simpatia/empatia. O sistema de café da manha é péssimo, tem q esperar longo tempo pra ficarem te servindo o que pede. Horrível

Pros:

Originele locatie! En ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

Waterfles was half leeggedronken door de gast van vorige dag, wificode was niet juist, parkeren zou mogelijk zijn bij lokatie, maar was parkeergarage op 5-10 min lopen, niet handig na dag werken met volle tassen.

Die Familie war begeistert
Pros:

Das Hotel ist aussergewöhnlich, da es sich in einer alten Kirche befindet. Stilvolle moderne Einrichtung mit großen Zimmern. Das Personal war zuvorkommend. Die Lage in der Innenstadt von Hoorn ist toll. Unser Auto konnten wir in einem Parkhaus in circa 5 Minuten Gehweite vom Hotel sehr günstig parken. Das Frühstück kann man sich individuell zusammenstellen. Der Koch bereitet alles frisch zu. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

de locatie was geweldig en super mooi, erg leuk om in een kerk te slapen, de kamers waren klein, maar alles is aanwezig. geen last gehad van lawaai, en de bedden slapen prima. ontbijt was prima, en alles was mogelijk. personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam

wij hadden best een erg krappe kamer voor een beste prijs.

Staff are poorly trained and not particularly helpful. Having to get my rollater up the stairs upon entering each time was very inconvenient.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel in perfekter Lage

Das Hotel in der Kirche ist außergewöhnlich. Und die Lage sehr gut, mittendrin.

Cons:

Das Frühstück für den Preis fand ich jetzt nicht so gut. Kein Buffet, Bedienung am Tisch, aber sehr reduzierte Auswahl. Sehr kleine Brötchen, ein Körner und 1 Weizen und ein Croissant, aber wer es nicht mag.....Mir fehlte Brot, geräucherter Brotbelag, andere Auswahl an Marmeladen, anderer Saft als Orange, Honig gab es nicht und Müsli auch nicht.
