Pros:

Locatie. Prachtig hotel. Super mooi gemaakt in een kerk. Vriendelijk personeel
Onze klacht werd goed opgepakt.

Cons:

Hoewel prachtig opgezet in een kerk was onze kamer vrij donker. Geen echt raam met buitenlucht en buitenlicht. Wel hele mooie kamer qua aankleding.
Er bleek de avond van ons verblijf een feest onderin het hotel. Wisten we niks van. Geklaagd maar er kon niks aan gedaan worden. Duurde tot 00:30.
We waren not amused.
Na afloop contact gehad met de manager en het is keurig opgepakt.

Hoorn , un posto magico
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta. Pulito, confortevole, silenzioso. Una struttura particolarissima che a noi è piaciuta moltissimo.

tolles Hotel, wenn man leider auch einen komplett überteuerten Preis zahlen mußte

Frühstück sehr gut
eine wirklich ausgefallene und tolle Unterkunft in einer ehemaligen Kirche die toll umgebaut wurde
Tolles Personal, nett und freundlich

Cons:

der Preis, es war zwar ein Ironman Wochenende aber der Preise war maßlos übertrieben

The location was great.

Cons:

Our room was very noisy when anyone walked in the room above. The room didn’t have a window to the outside so it felt dark and I didn’t like not knowing how the weather/time of day was. We booked a suite which was not cheap but it was no bigger than a small double. The lighting and switches were very annoying.

Cons:

Hoewel de kamers ongelofelijk smaakvol zijn, hebben de drie bovenste kamers geen raam naar buiten, en omdat je gordijnen moet sluiten als je niet te koud wilde staan, voelde ik me daardoor een beetje opgesloten

Uns hat alles gefallen. Tolle Ausstattung, tolles Personal, tolle Lage, sehr schöner Ort!
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! ☺️

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist kein Buffet, was aber nicht schlimm war. Es gab fast alles und man konnte sehr viele Extras bestellen, die im FrühstücksPreis inbegriffen waren.. Allerdings fehlte uns etwas Gurke, Tomaten oder Frischkäse o.ä..

Die Zimmer sind voll klimatisiert und es ist auch eine gute Luft darin. Da die Zimmer aber alle innenliegend sind, kann man kein Fenster öffnen, um frische Luft reinzulassen.

Das ist aber alles jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Het was een prima verblijf.
Pros:

Het is een prachtig hotel. De kamers zijn top. Netjes en schoon. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het ontbijt viel tegen. Geen buffet maar om verspilling tegen te gaan werd je bediend. Maar je kreeg wel vleeswaren waar je niet om gevraagd had. Het wachten op een kop koffie was een kwartier wat bij mij en andere gasten tot ergernis leidde.. Voor nu slaat het hotel hiermee de plank volledig mis. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk maar kon het niet handelen.
