Helpfulness of front-desk person. Workout room was nice.

Cons:

Instructions regarding things like how to set the thermostat and using the key fob to get into the room and locking the door were non-existent. Had to ask the front desk person to explain the thermostat (and other people were having the same problem). Also parking was unclear, although the front-desk person helped out.

Enjoyed the large clean unit close to canal path and shopping.
Pros:

Room was large, separate bedroom was great, bathroom/shower were great, and full kitchen worked well.

Cons:

Parking options very limited without paying $26 nightly.

I am very disappointed with my stay. I had high hopes as I ran into some issues last time, but love this location as it is sentimental. This stay is for my partner and I’s anniversary. Upon arrival, I wanted to take a shower. After getting things ready, the towels were filthy and stained, there was hair on the floor and hair ties in the shower. Absolutely disgusting. It seems although the bathroom was not even cleaned, and it did not smell clean either. Then after trying to go to the bathroom, I reach for the toilet paper and the holder falls off the wall onto the floor. I then went to wash my hands and it was quickly filling up. the sink will not go down. The last time i stayed here, the sink wouldn't not go down, and I went to get a glass for some water and it had lipstick stains all over it. I didn't think much of it then. We are extremely unsatisfied and will not be staying here again.

Pros:

Never stayed. Had extreme difficulty with pre-checkin requirements. Could not login with confirmation info. Finally after multiple text interactions with Sentral was able to input adjusted confirmation info. Took hours to complete. Never received check-in info as promised at 4pm. Additional texts were needed and finally heard from staff at 5:30pm. Had given up by then and booked a room at a local Marriott. Would like to receive a refund for hotel fee.

Pros:

Fully furnished, would be perfect for extended stay. Nice amenities, hot tub was great. Room was really clean. The mattress was really comfortable. There was plenty to do within walking distance of the room.

Cons:

Checking in and getting a parking permit were a little too technical for me, but would be much easier the second time around.
