The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked, and the location was just across the street from the Neo Cosmos metro stop. A healthy but easily doable walk to the Acropolis and Constitution Square. I am not fully comfortable with having a front desk available for only some hours a day, but only because I may have trouble getting help if I lose my key and mobile phone.

When we started our stay it was pretty good. Nice service, convenient location, clean and inexpensive. Then we needed our linens changed and it was next to impossible to get this done because the wonderful person that we would talk with and would respond promptly was let go. We learned this because we bumped into her on the transit and wanted to get the numerous issues addressed and she said she couldn't help us because she didn't work there anymore. From our experience she was excellent, and whoever is running it now is terrible. There were numerous things broken in the room that was tolerable in the beginning but became intolerable as the week went on. The window didn't open. The fan is hanging from the ceiling. Paint is chipping a lot in the bathroom. The floor drain is super loose such that you can hurt your foot when getting out of the shower. They didn't change the linens for at least 3 days following request to do so. They simply put the linens outside our door. Apparently they don't have a second key to open the room? The shower ran out of hot water one time. The location is great. It's across the street from a transit station, grocery store, and pharmacy. Several good cafes and a good meat restaurant. I really hope they hire better service and get a second room key so they can change the room when you aren't there and fix the variety of things that are broken in the room.

Point positif : près du métro Neos kosmos et du tram ( 100 m)
Points négatifs : fenêtre mal isolée ( on entend les bruits extérieurs), la télévision ne marche pas( aucune chaîne) , chambre petite 12m2 et non pas 20 M2 annoncée. J'ai demandé un lit double et me retrouve avec 2 lits single séparés dont il faut moi même monter le drap car le lit pas fait en entier. Les robinetteries sont usées . La salle de bain très exiguë dont la porte ne se ferme pas bien ( bloquée au niveau du lavabo ) , la climatisation bruillante et ne rafraîchit pas la chambre. Il n'y a pas de ménage durant mon séjour de 3 nuits ( poubelle , serviettes,papier toilette).
Peut être qu'en étant voyageur solo , ils m'ont donné cette chambre en pensant que cela me suffisait. Hôtel sans être hôtel car accueil casi inexistant. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place . Il y a des boulangeries juste à côté avec café et jus d'orange.
