Beware of unprofessional practices
Pros:

The premises was nice.

Cons:

The property is advertised with a 24hour reception with payment upon arrival. When making a booking we stated our check in time 9pm. We received a message confirming the check in time as approved. On the day of check in we received a call from the hotel telling us that they were closing their check in at 7pm and they wanted immediate payment or we would not be given access to stay. We argued with them that since it was stated they had a 24 hour reception and the terms were payment upon arrival and they had guaranteed payment in any case that we could pay the following day. They completely refused and told us that unless we immediately paid they would not give us access. We ended up paying with a credit card I did not want to use due to their blackmail. Another thing I should mention is we had a noisy guest above us who kept dropping things in the middle of the night waking us up.

Good place to stay of you don’t need to be close to the centre of town.
Pros:

Breakfast wasn’t included but at GBP10 was good value. Largish room with desk. Quiet street. Helpful staff. Had parking but was limited … being off season, that wasn’t an issue for me.

Cons:

There are several hotel in the chain, but mine was a fair hike from the city centre … at 40 minute walk.
The heating in the room was excessive. It was very hot, and not easy to turn down.
There’s no lift, which could be an issue if you have large luggage. My room was on the first floor, so not too bad.

Located short drive to Belfast City centre
Pros:

Good location a short drive to Belfast city centre. Clean with comfortable beds (no lift).

Cons:

There is a one way system to the car park - the entrance is narrow but the narrow exit from the car parking bays is practically impossible to navigate as it is between the hotel and a garage/storage shed, on an angle, which is very, very difficult to exit unless able to manoeuvre the vehicle exactly - which is more difficult when other cars are parked near to the exit. It was very stressful overall and, unfortunately, we scraped our hire car.
