Very good location, very nice staff. The room had enough space for two without bumping into each other.

Cons:

It is not the hotel's fault, but it is worth warning others. I received messages from several scammers asking me for credit card details. The hotel staff promptly responded that they were not behind this request, but it was annoying. The Booking staff (most likely the culprit of the data leak) did NOT do anything. Unpleasant and frightening for the future.

Disappointing response to a problem
Pros:

Location and breakfast.

Cons:

At midnight there was an incredible sewage smell, which lasted on/off until the following morning. We all (family of 4) had a very bad night. Hotel did not really apologized. They mentioned we should have contacted emergency (in the middle of the night….)- i am sure they would not have been able to solve the problem there and then.

Pros:

I was quite surprised with the room, we stayed in the Hanna Suite and it was amazing. So spacious, very quite and everything we needed. Shower was also 👌 Lady on reception when we arrived was extremely welcoming and so nice.

Cons:

I didn't have the breakfast as I was fasting but the Breakfast was just missing a full irish/english and would have been a 10/10.

An absolute gem
Pros:

I liked everything about Gregory. From the minute you walked in ,you were welcomed with a smile and made to feel at home.
The room was wonderful, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Great facilities.

Didn't like the fact that reception closed at 7pm and the self check in was quite complicated if your not good with stuff like that .
Was woken up by what seemed to be someone locked out banging on the door at 3am . The hotel is very noisy meaning that you can hear everything that goes on .
