Pros:

The hotel was in a nice area near Queens University (about 30/40 mins walk to the city centre). We hired a car to explore the local area so there was always a parking space available for us but they do ask this question at booking. It's a good choice if you are out all day and will use it literally just for sleeping / eating. The breakfast staff were kind and helpful and room had a big bed.

Cons:

The rooms are a good size but could benefit from good decoration / modernisation and a decent carpet clean. Breakfast options were ok and we had some leaky taps in our bathroom.

Amazing
Pros:

Anytime I stay up in Belfast I choose Gregory. It’s cheap, very very clean, staff are pleasant, close to the city centre. Definitely the most comfortable out of all the places I’ve stayed.

Comfortable, friendly, will be returning.
Pros:

Staff were super friendly - couldn't have done more for us. Comfortable, clean and unique rooms - a property with character and easy check in and check out system. Would recommend to anyone staying - though it's a short walk outside of the city centre, it's a cheap taxi ride (around £10) and there's a great breakfast place available next door at Mad Hatters Cafe (if you're not a fan of the continental breakfast provided)

Very nice.
Pros:

Lovely staff, breakfast, location, setting and facilities. A safe and secure place to stay.

Cons:

The room was too hot and one of the radiators appeared to be broken, which meant I couldn't turn it off. A small but quite important thing in an otherwise very good place to stay.

Nice hotel in a convenient location
Pros:

Staff were friendly & helpful. Location convenient for city centre & church where event we were attending an event.

Cons:

Wehad booked a 'small double room' and it was very small. Was OK for two nights and we were out most of the days.

Pros:

Great location. The building is lovely with nicely designed grounds. Very good value for money.

Cons:

Although there was a good selection of breakfast options I made the mistake of ordering an omelette which turned out to be rubbery and virtually inedible. It wouldn't put me off staying here as it's a lovely spot, but I certainly wouldn't order omelette again. I'd also bring my own pillows as the ones provided were not very comfortable.
