Pésimo servicio, instalaciones mediocres
Pros:

El hotel ofrece pases de día a 25 soles (2x1), lo cual genera que todas las instalaciones estén totalmente saturadas a pesar de contar con pocas habitaciones. La comida no es buena para los precios que ofrece (120 soles por un pollo a la brasa, por ejemplo), y se demoran demasiado en atenderte (puedes esperar una hora por un plato). El desayuno tiene opciones muy reducidas y no lo reponen cuando se acaba. El restaurante cierra temprano y no ofrecen alternativas de comida pasadas las 9pm. Hay muchas mejores opciones en el área por este precio.

Pros:

I paid my booking through Expedia for two nights. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk told me that I had to pay her because Expedia had only secured the booking.
Now I see that I have paid twice for the same reservation. Expedia said they have contacted the hotel and it refuses to refund me. This seems highway robbery to me!
