Pros:

Nos ha gustado la habitación en general. Cama está muy cómoda , baño hecho con mármol negro y tiene un jacuzzi y también el plato de ducha. El armario está muy amplio y cómodo.Las vistas desde el balcón están espectaculares.

Excelente en todo sentido.
Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno pero no fantástico. Pero el confort, las instalaciones, y sobre todo la atención del personal se pueden decir que son excepcionales. La ubicación es perfecta, sobre la calle más comercial de Andorra.

Cons:

No tengo queja alguna.

Le design de la suite que nous avions réservé

Cons:

Très déçu(e) par mon séjour dans cet hôtel, alors que j'avais réservé une suite censée offrir une prestation haut de gamme.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté plusieurs problèmes inacceptables : le peignoir fourni était taché, ce qui laisse sérieusement à désirer concernant l'hygiène et le contrôle qualité. J'avais également payé un supplément pour une formule romantique, mais le seau à champagne mis à disposition était défectueux et fuyait, laissant de l'eau partout dans la suite.

Par ailleurs, une plainte décorative mal positionnée représentait un véritable risque, puisque nous nous y sommes accrochés le pied à plusieurs reprises. Le spa privatif, qui constituait pourtant l'un des principaux attraits de la suite, ne fonctionnait qu'à moitié, ce qui a fortement impacté notre expérience.

La clim se mettait en erreur toutes les heures, ainsi la température été difficilement supportable avec les 37° exterieur.

La literie à ressort est trop usé pour le confort qui est attendu dans la suite.

Le plus regrettable reste cependant l'attitude du personnel à la réception. Face aux différents problèmes signalés, nous avons été accueillis avec peu de considération, sans véritable écoute, compréhension ou volonté de trouver une solution satisfaisante. Le manque de professionnalisme et d'amabilité a accentué notre déception.

Compte tenu du tarif payé pour une suite et des prestations annoncées, cette expérience est loin d'être à la hauteur des attentes. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement en l'état.
