L’habitació molt bé i confortable.

L’estada a l’hotel ha estat molt bé pel que fa a instal·lacions, però hem tingut una mala experiència amb el servei de pàrquing. Durant una maniobra guiada per personal de l’hotel, el nostre vehicle va patir danys i la situació no està encara resolta per part de l’hotel.

Considerem que el tracte rebut en aquest punt no ha estat a l’altura del que s’espera d’un establiment d’aquesta categoria.

Hôtel parfait mais éviter le restaurant
Pros:

- situation parfaite au cœur de la ville d’Andorre la vieille.
- le confort des chambres

Cons:

- le restaurant : trop de petites imperfections pour un restaurant soi disant semi gastro.
- nourriture beaucoup trop salée ( cote de bœuf maturee excellente mais gâchée par trop de sel )
- les profiteroles ne sont pas à la hauteur
- le gratin dauphinois était trop sec et trop salé
Le rapport qualité / prix est mauvais

Excellent établissement à tous points de vue, personnel, emplacement, chambre!!! Nous reviendrons !!
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, personnel très agréable et professionnel. Le petit déjeuner très varié et copieux, salé et sucré. Un très bel hôtel, nous avions une superbe chambre avec balcon et bain à remous, très agréable après une grosse journée de marche😁!!!Parking à l’hôtel ou partenaire à proximité (100m et 10€ de moins par jour). Vraiment je recommande cet établissement. Nous reviendrons.

Nous nous sommes régalés. L’hôtel est très bien placé, à côté des boutiques et des restaurants.
