Pros:

The staff who helped check in was so nice and kind. You can get Summer Card if you want. Clean and cozy room with a good sauna are good for us!

We had a one night stay en route to Croatia. Our room had a lake view - although obscured by the rain on arrival. The receptionist seemed unsure of a few things - turned out she was new, so understandable. Frustratingly, we could not get the in room sauna to work, nor could the receptionist help. The manager addressed this very professionally in the morning and we were able to have a quick sauna before departure. The breakfast is good and was complimentary re our sauna issues, but pricey if paying 25 Euros for it. The room was comfortable and clean, but the in room tablet did not work and the streaming channels on the TV could not be accessed - none of this was explained until the following morning. The manager was apologetic and extremely helpful, but better staff training wold help avoid some issues.

Die Lage des Hotels ist auf dem Berg und die Aussicht auf den See sehr schön.
Die Zimmer sind voll ausgestattete mir einer kleinen Küche Zeile, ohne Ofen.
Wasserkocher, Nespresso-Maschine, Besteck usw. sind vorhanden.
Skikeller ist ebenfalls sehr smart gelöst, alles abschließbar.
Frühstück kann ebenfalls mit gebucht werden.
Die Zimmeraufteilung ist komfortabel, WLAN etc. ist vorhanden.
Rundum alles sehr gut .
Der Shuttle-Service funktioniert einwandfrei.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und unterstützt bei allen Fragen und Belangen.

Highlight Sauna im Zimmer
Pros:

Die Sauna im Zimmer ist toll, sehr angenehm ohne andere und man kann danach einfach im Bett ruhen. Allerdings kann man nicht wirklich in der Sauna liegen, dafür ist sie zu klein.
Der Bergblick in diesem Zimmer war so viel besser als erwartet, zwar seitlich, aber toller Block auf den See.
Etwas ungemütlich ist die zeitliche Einschränkung beim Frühstück (1 Stunde), die man noch vorher angehen muss. Dadurch ist ausschlafen ohne Wecker nur beim letzten Slot von 9-10 drin. Ist man dann früher wach, muss man warten.

This was one of the most chaotic places I have ever stayed, staff tried hard but where clearly let down by a lack of training and management decisions.

If you are not coming by car I would avoid as the "shuttle" service to the town is very hap harazard. It was cancelled on the day of departure with no notice.

There was no reception staff at 8am to help with check out and the kitchen staff had to help settle my bill without access to a card machine or the computer system. They did however help with getting us into town with our bags which was much appreciated,

Overall I would avoid this location and hotel brand in the future.

Wat een prachtig appartementenhotel. De kamer was echt super. Echter was de temperatuur niet te regelen en was het echt bloedheet! Dit maakt het dan toch minder comfortabel. De receptie is ook een bijzondere bedoeling. Telkens kwam er dezelfde medewerker ons te woord staan, die vervolgens iemand uit de keuken moest halen die ons wel mocht helpen. Maar dit zijn kleinigheden. Kamer was top. Bed en douche heerlijk!
