老飯店，設施有年代感，但住宿費$503泰銖/晚，空間大、有陽台，已經很給讚了。
Pros:

1.空間大
2.地點佳，臨近大型傳統市場（Muang Mai Market ตลาดเมืองใหม่）、塔佩門、瓦洛洛市場、週五雲南市集。
3.附近很多美食。
4.有陽台。
5.住客們都很安靜，不會喧囂。

Cons:

Warm water deed het niet, hierdoor 2 dagen niet kunnen douchen op onze kamer. Kregen wel de mogelijkheid om op een andere kamer te douchen.

No frills, rooms like the photos.
Pros:

It’s very old but it is a fine budget stay. The rooms look the same as the photos which is good! The reception staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

I had no hot water on several days and although they were very quickly to fix it, the shower is not tall enough to wash your hair and I had to squat in the small bath tub to wash my hair. Not ideal. Also very low water flow and pressure.

Enjoyed my stay
Pros:

Nice pool, comfortable clean room, lift and nice staff

Cons:

I liked the property facilities however some may not like that there are no breakfast or bar areas considering it could be quite a walk for shops/ markets and restaurants, especially if they have a mobility issue.

Good place to stay with spacious rooms and pool
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and with a big balcony to chill. The staff cleaned the room daily and they were all nice and informative
The cleaning girls were super friendly and thoughtful.
We stayed two weeks and ended up staying a month, I think is a good place for long stays
The wararot market is a couple of blocks and that’s a plus
There are lots of good eateries nearby

Pros:

Staff if there's more than 10 degrees in evaluation I will give them. They are so kind not like most of the hotel in Thailand. We arrived early and they allowed us for early check in without asking for a penny not like other hotels in Thailand
