كان موقعها جميل على بحر النيل وقريبه من كثير اماكن وم قصرو الشباب عطوني غرفه بتراس ع النيل والفطور ممتاز وبسيط بس جميل واشكر الاستاذ محمد عاشور واحمد محمد م قصرو واذا برجع للفندق مرره ثانيه هم السبب في زيارتي خدمه VIP والوتير محمود

بعده عن التموينات والبقالة والاسواق والمصعد في الفندق واحد ويتعطل أحيانا ولا يتحمل ثلاثة اشخاص لا يرفع الا شخصين فقط🥹😂

كانت سيئة جداً
Pros:

المكان نظيف وجيد ولكن أسوأ ما في الفندق الادارة حيث انها غير مؤهلة لإدارة فنادق سياحيه ولا تتفهم معنى ارضاء العميل حيث ان محور وجود الادارة وغايتها هو ارضاء العميل والذي يأتي اصلا بحثاً عن تجربه تتناسب مع رغبته وهنا يكمن دور الادارة في فهم وتفهم ما يسمى في علم ادارة السياحة ارضاء العميل.

Cons:

الإدارة السيئة هي محور الحديث حيث قمنا بحجز غرفه ثلاثيه لثلاث اشخاص بالغين ولكن للأسف وجدنا غرفة ثنائية وتم طرح احضار سرير إضافي لشخص بالغ علما بان المكان لايتسع بالكاد إلى السريريين الموجودين اصلا في الغرفة حاولنا استبدال بغرفه اخرى ولكن رفضت الادارة ذالك مما اضطررنا لحجز غرفه إضافيه اخرى وتم دفع ثمنها بالكامل ورفضوا عمل حتى اي خصومات ولم يتجاوبو معنا على الاطلاق موظفي الرسبشن حاولوا مساعدتنا ولكن يبدوا ان إلادارة أنبتهم ولم تسمح لهم بعمل اي شي .
اعتقد أننا تعرضنا إلى نوع من النصب والتحايل لان المعروض شي والواقع شيء آخر .
أطب تدخل بكنج كطرف ثالث في انصافنا واسترجاع ما تم دفعه بدون وجه حق
