جميع عمال الفندق وموظفين الاستقبال لا يجيدون معاملة العمبل وتقعيل طلباته من الواضح قلة او انعدام الخبره والتدريب وسوء الاداره العليا في وضع السياسات واسلوب الاداره رغم ذكر كتير من طلباتي لادرارة الحجز بفتره كبيره لم اجد اي منها تم رغم تاكيدهم لي انكله تمام واني استغرب من بوكيينج لترشيحها لي هذا الفندقفهم لم يعطونني اي فواتير نظير اقامتي ودفعي الفلوس

The location, the spacious room and the breakfast was good with variety and it was changed every day.

Cons:

The pool that closes ath 3pm and the other day we didn't have to swim to othe pool because of they were cleaning it.

الفندق لمن يرغب الهدوء التام والاستمتاع بالنيل الغرفة نظيفة وعيبه موقعه بعيد عن الخدمات لكن كراحة وهدوء رائع

المكان جميل جدا وموقعه جميل وهادي الموظفون لطيفون جدا جدا لكن يوجد مسؤل اسمه شفعي لا يستحق منصبه يعامل الموظفون الاخرون بطريقه بشعه حقا لا يستحق منصبه يقلل من احترامهم ويجعلهم يعملون بطاقه سلبيه اطالب اداره الفندق بسحب كل صلاحياته على الموظفون ، مع العلم ان كل الموظفون لطيفون جدا جدا
