Pros:

Deja on nous annonce un petit déjeuner à 8h et le matin personne on nous annonce 9h donc pas de petit déjeuner le 1er matin 2 eme jour on arrive a 9h on est servi 45 minutes plus tard a table et pas de boisson obligé de demander bref faut pas être pressé le seul repas du soir menu ramadan on c’est pas ce qu’il y a dedans mais c’est 15€ par personne le point fort la vu sur le Nil la piscine pas en fonction dommage

The very dirty room in the world

1- The room was very dirty even when the room service try to clean it, unfortunately they can’t because the room was very very dirty and not easy to clean . 2- After check out no body assist me at all with my luggage at all. 3- the reception staff was very, they lack the proper etiquette to deal with hotel guests.

الفيو الرائع، رحابة التراس، جودة وسعر الطعام، وكون الفندق بيئة آمنة ومحافظة

فندق ممتاز يتجاوز التوقعات! الموقع عبقري بإطلالة خلابة على نهر النيل، والتراس واسع جداً ومريح للأعصاب.
ما يميز الفندق حقاً هو طاقم العمل؛ الجميع من الاستقبال لخدمة الغرف والبولمان وموظفي المطعم قمة في الذوق والاحترافية، الخدمة فعلاً 10/10.
المطعم يقدم معادلة صعبة: جودة طعام عالية جداً وبأسعار رخيصة مقارنة بالفنادق الأخرى.
أهم نقطة بالنسبة لي كانت الأمان العالي والجو العام للفندق؛ فهو بيئة آمنة ومحترمة جداً ومناسب للأسر المحافظة (خالٍ من الكحوليات)، وهذه ميزة نادرة وجدتها هنا. بالتأكيد ستكون وجهتي الدائمة في كل زيارة
