كانت إقامتي في منتجع ميراكي من أجمل التجارب التي مررت بها. منذ لحظة الوصول شعرت بالترحيب والاهتمام، وكل شيء في المنتجع يعكس الفخامة والراحة والاهتمام بأدق التفاصيل. الأجواء رائعة، والمرافق على مستوى عالٍ جدًا، والنظافة ممتازة في جميع أنحاء المنتجع، مما جعل الإقامة مريحة وممتعة طوال الوقت.
كان حجزي جناحًا مميزًا، وقد فاق توقعاتي من حيث المساحة والتجهيزات والإطلالة الجميلة. كما أن مستوى الخدمة كان استثنائيًا، حيث كان جميع الطاقم حريصين على تقديم أفضل تجربة ممكنة للنزلاء.
وأتوجه بشكر خاص للسيد نبيل، إدارة المنتجع؛ على احترافيته واهتمامه الواضح براحة الضيوف. أكثر ما أعجبني هو حضوره الدائم في أرجاء المنتجع، حيث كان يتجول بنفسه ويتفقد مستوى الخدمة ويسأل النزلاء عن احتياجاتهم ويتابع أدق التفاصيل، وهو أمر نادر ويعكس حرصه الكبير على تقديم تجربة استثنائية لكل ضيف.
كما أشكر السيد ضياء والسيد جورج على حسن ورقي التعامل، واستعدادهم الدائم للمساعدة بابتسامة واحترافية.
قضيت وقتًا ممتعًا للغاية واستمتعت بكل لحظة من إقامتي. منتجع ميراكي يجمع بين الفخامة والهدوء والخدمة الراقية، ولذلك أوصي به بكل ثقة لكل من يبحث عن تجربة إقامة مميزة لا تُنسى. وبكل تأكيد ستكون لي زيارة أخرى.
