Terrible customer service
Cons:

They charged a different price than online and then on the third day tried to make me pay 270,000 pesos? I didn’t even sleep here just left my bag now I’m asking for a copy of the bill and she can’t produce it

Cons:

this neighborhood can be dangerous at night, there’s loud music in the street and the electricity is off when the light is off (if you want to charge your cellphone when you are sleeping)
