Our stay was very comfortable and we loved our room with the city view. Also the room was very clean and large

Hotel com boas instalações mas não voltaria a me hospedar em razão dos funcionários.
Pros:

Quarto com instalações novas e tamanho maravilhoso.

Cons:

A pessoa que nos atendeu no check in (na madrugada) foi super rude e grosseira. Além disso nos informou que podíamos estacionar na rua e no dia seguinte, quando fomos embora, vimos que recebemos uma multa por estacionamento ilegal. Acho que deveria ter nos alertado.

Overall nice room, the tv on the wall was mounted crooked in my room.
Pros:

It is a nicely built facility. My room smelled nice and fresh.

Cons:

Hallway carpets should’ve been freshened up it had a not so fresh smell.

Loved the scones!
Pros:

The BLUEBERRY SCONES for breakfast were so tasty! Very spacious and comfortable suite, views slightly marred by a very tall building! Staff were so helpful and friendly (especially Tracey). Great location for what we needed and parking was managed with the “on street” parking - just got to keep an eye on your timings

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel.
Pros:

We Loved this property. Location, reception staff and house keeping were all pleasant and accommodating. Answered all questions with a smile and a solution. Will definitely stay here again.
