Kommen sicher wieder
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, da wir in die Stadthalle mussten. Rezeption war freundlich und alles ging reibungslos über die Bühne. Zimmer waren praktisch ohne viel schick schnack aber sauber. Kühlschrank wäre gut. Das Frühstück war ausreichend von allem was da. Tiefgarage war nicht ganz billig und etwas eng für einen SUV.

Pros:

Das Hotel war ordentlich und sauber und verfügt über eine gute Lage. Wir hatten es für eine Übernachtung nach einem Konzert gebucht, wofür es gut geeignet war.

Cons:

Etwas enttäuschend war jedoch der Kundenservice in unserem Fall: Aufgrund der plötzlichen Erkrankung meines Mannes konnte er die Reise nicht wie geplant antreten, leider war weder eine Rückerstattung noch eine kulante Lösung wie ein Gutschein möglich. Hier hätten wir uns mehr Entgegenkommen gewünscht.

Alles nötige vorhanden.
Einfacher Check-In/Check-Out.
Perfekte Lage!!. (U-Bahn und Straßenbahn gleich nebenan. Direkt angrenzend an Stadthalle und Einkaufscenter).

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Kasten am Zimmer. Nur ein kleines offenes Regal.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht ganz so reichhaltig wie in anderen Hotels (aber dafür ist das Zimmer günstiger!!). Aber es ist am Buffett dennoch alles notwendige vorhanden, und es wäre in Anbetracht des sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisses unfair hier einen Punkt abzuziehen.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, and a great location.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean and spacious room, equipped with almost everything we needed. The self check-in was smooth and convenient. Excellent breakfast with enough choices. Pretty good location, close to public transport.

Cons:

I would love to have a kettle, some cups, and tea in the room. It would be great if the TV were a Smart TV, so we could watch our own content. Also, we couldn't find the AC remote and the room was a bit chilly (it was much warmer in the hallway), but it wasn't a big deal.
