Super zentral zur Stadthalle gelegen…

Cons:

Ich durfte nicht gegen eine Zusatzgebühr, die ich gerne gezahlt hätte, schon vorher das Zimmer nutzen.Meiner Tochter ging es gesundheitlich nicht gut.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die gute Lage sowie das freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte keinen Vorhang, sodass etwa 20 Nachbarn perfekte Sicht ins Zimmer hatten – Privatsphäre gleich null.

Beim Frühstück, für das ich zusätzlich 14 € bezahlt habe, gab es nicht einmal Saft, da die Maschine defekt war. Die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nur sporadisch, mal ging sie, mal nicht. Außerdem gab es lediglich eine Rolle Toilettenpapier und keine Ersatzrolle.

Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig: Selbst wenn man sie auf 15 °C eingestellt hat, kam nur sehr warme Luft heraus und das Zimmer kühlte überhaupt nicht ab. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.
