Hôtel super moderne, très bien placé, le Directeur très sympathique. Pas l'habitude de voir un lit pris entre les 3 murs pas la possibilité de circuler autour.... Le lavabo dans la chambre.

I had such a great stay at citizenM Chicago. The hotel is incredibly clean, modern, and stylish, and it reminded me again why citizenM is one of my favorite hotel chains: they’re consistently excellent. The staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and fun to interact with, it made the whole experience feel warm and social. The location is super central and felt very safe, and the views were a dream. Waking up to the Chicago skyline and stepping out for an easy morning stroll along the riverwalk was one of my favorite moments. I would absolutely stay here again.

For the price range, this is the best of the four hotels I stayed at in Chicago over the past 10 days.

Check-in was very fast and efficient. The entire hotel is super clean, with a sleek and modern design throughout.

Even though the breakfast selection isn’t very big, the food quality is excellent and everything is fresh and well prepared.

You can also get disposable slippers and a toothbrush at the front desk if you need them. The key-card elevator system also makes the hotel feel very secure.

The room I stayed in is quite small but compact. The blackout blinds work perfectly — once the lights are off, the room is completely dark, not a single bit of light comes in, so I can sleep very well. Another surprise was how quiet the heating system is — almost no noise at all.

Unlike many hotels with dull, fixed lighting, the iPad-controlled system allows you to fully adjust the brightness. You can make the room as bright or as dim as you like. The iPad also controls the TV, lights and blinds, so you don’t have to get out of bed to turn anything off.
