Great stay and always good to be back at CitizenM Chicago Downtown.
Pros:

Staff friendliness and location.

Cons:

This time there was a construction going on nearby and I was woke up at 6am one day, and 8am another day.

Tolle Lage und sehr sauber.
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach nicht zu toppen, direkt Downtown. Alle Aufzüge sahen tiptop und gepflegt aus, und haben schnell und gut funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber funktional, sauber und haben alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sauber und bequem. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Zwar sind die Zimmer etwas teurer, aber dafür ist der gesamte Standard des Hotels sehr gut.
Das Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker. Besonders das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal möchte ich loben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Für eine Nacht oder eine Person okay. Für zwei Personen eindeutig zu klein.
Pros:

Tolles Hotel im Loop. Viel moderne Kunst, sehr trendy, große Lobby, sehr gutes Frühstück aber das kleinste Zimmer, das ich je hatte.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind so klein wie ein Wohnmobil.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. They even hold your bags for free as a courtesy before and after check in for you. The hotel is literally right in the middle of everything for walking distance.
