Casa Balam

This property is noisy. People on their phones until late on the hallway. It’s ok if you are going to spend a cheap night or two but not more than that. They don’t have a wardrobe where to keep your clothes/luggage. Their safety box wasn’t working. Shower had mold and smelled terribly bad when turning the water on. Staff on the other hand were lovely, took my luggage upstairs (no lift) and offered me coffee every time I went in or out of the property.

El hotel es sencillo para pasar una sola noche, el personal muy atentos y los cuartos pequeños pero limpios y es conveniente porque está cerca de la terminal del ADO y centro de Cancún cerca del mercado 23 que lo recomendamos para hacer las últimas compras.

Es un hotel sencillo para descansar a un bajo costo. Sus habitaciones cuentan con ventilador, aire acondicinado y un pequeño frigobar. Nada ostentoso, muy básico pero extremadamente funcional. Se encuentra a 10 min caminando de ado cancun centro.

It was clean place but the Hotel wanted the payment in Cash only, he was not ready to take Credit Card, The location of Hotel was in a bit sketchy neighbourhood so not very safe I would say, The locker wasn't working so we have take our passports wherever we go.

I really enjoyed my experience in this hotel. The staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean.

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Proche terminal de bus ADO. Proche resto, animation. Personnel attentionné. Nous étions en retard, il a communiqué avec nous par whats ap, nous a laissé les clés et le code dans une boite a clés et est venu dès qu'il a pu. Calme. Draps tout doux. Eau chaude et pression dans la douche. Belle terrasse en avant.

Für einen Zwischenstopp um mit dem ADO weiter zu fahren ideal.

A voir les photos, on s'attend à quelque chose de plus grand.
La chambre est vraiment basique.
Pas de chaise ni de table, le meuble de la salle de bain est vraiment vetuste.
Le côté positif est le café et l'eau à disposition.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, cómoda, ordenada y buena atención. Cerca al terminal ADO y mercado 28.

En cuanto a servicio y limpieza muy bien lo único es q cobran por el lavado de las toallas que el mismo hotel da y pues eso debe ser parte del servicio q hotel da.

Bonito hotel sencillo y comodo, la atencion del personal de recepción excelente te dan cafe y te sin costo y muy amables

El personal es muy amable, el hotel es bonito y tranquilo. La habitación es amplia, el mobiliario se ve algo gastado y las del lavamanos del baño estaban dañadas y había fuga de agua, sólo es cuestión de algunos detalles de mantenimiento.

Con las comodidades y servicios necesarios para tu estancia.
