Wonderful stay pillows could have been better
Pros:

I liked the location and the personnel in the hotel

Cons:

There was a construction going on at the front door and nothing to do with the hotel but making it hard to carry luggage

Pros:

Great location just off the main square. Delicious breakfast made to order delivered to our room to enjoy on the private balcony with town view. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Séjour à Nauplie
Pros:

L'insonorisation était parfaite, que ce soit par la fenêtre qui donnait sur la place ou par les murs avec les autres clients, le séjour a été d'un calme absolu.
Les bouteilles d'eau offertes chaque jour.

Cons:

Les oeufs au petit déjeuner qui étaient en extra.
L'hôtel accessible uniquement à pied, ce n'est pas pratique quand on a des bagages et que le parking du port est fermé.

Sehr liebenswerte Betreuung in einer Top Lage!
Pros:

ideale Lage im Stadtzentrum. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die wertvollen Restaurantsempfehlungen.

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit vor dem Hotel zu parken. Öffentlicher Parkplatz ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel entfernt.

Central, clean, quiet and friendly.
Pros:

We loved the central location, spacious room, lovely terrace and incredible, abundant breakfasts. As a gluten intolerant person I was especially thrilled that gluten free bread and nut milk was available to me each morning. The staff was very helpful and kind throughout. The room itself had everything you need and more. The cleaning was impeccable.
Although the hotel is located in the main square of Nafplion, due to the triple glazed windows, the rooms are completely insulated against any sound.
Recommend.

We LOVED Epoch - gorgeous hotel and great service in a fantastic location
Pros:

Everything!
The check-in experience was superb, lovely warm welcome from the staff. One of the staff showed us around our room, how to work the air-con, doors etc as well as how to control it all from the bed-side tablet. Also, there always seemed to be someone in the reception area to welcome you back throughout the day, which was nice.
The room itself was very modern, tasteful decoration and comfortable.
The breakfast was fantastic. You fill in a form on the previous day with what you would like the next day (there is a lot of choice) and it's all very tasty. This was an unusual set up but it didn't feel difficult or restrictive; you can also add more stuff onto it on the day if you need it.
The location is right on a main square in Nafplio, super easy to access everything.
We thought the price was pretty reasonable considering how nice everything was.

Cons:

An iron in the room would be handy, but other than that I can't think of anything!
