Upscale, new, two balconies, large fridge + freezer, washer + dryer, quiet area, close to public transportation, safety, amenities (gym, sauna for an additional fee), availability of recycling infrastructure, 24hr reception, private terrace for top floor apartments, seamless cleaning, restaurant and cafe right below

Cons:

An additional ceiling light in the bedroom is a must for safety reasons. A microwave is expected at this price point (or at least for one to be available upon request). Other than that, perfect.

Clean, fresh, comfortable and warm with everything you need
Pros:

We are a family of five (3 adult children). We stayed in the apartment for four nights from 4 December. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early morning from a long international flight. The staff went out of their way to make our room available before the official check in time, within 30 minutes of arrival at the property. The apartment was spotless, spacious and with super comfortable beds. The kitchenette was well equipped. Nordhavn seems to be a fairly newly developed area. It feels fresh, clean and safe. The train stop is a five minute walk and both the bus and train system is easy to use. There's several cafes and restaurants in the complex, grocery stores and a really good deli about ten minutes away. We loved the whole chill, relaxed, kind and calm vibe of the city and its citizens.
