Good location, well equipped, clean. Will choose this place again if i return to Copenhagen.

Thankful for the upgrade to 3 rooms.
Location.
5 mins walking distance to metro stations and grocery stores.
10-15mins walking distance to Juno Bakery which sells good cardamom bun.
8 mins walking distance to Strandbad Nordhavn for a dip / swim.
Clean facilities, well equipped from kitchen to bathroom.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

The location - i got the room facing metro which runs 24/7.
Although i didn’t have any issue sleeping but a light sleeper might need ear plugs :)

Everything is ok, except air conditions
Pros:

We really liked the location. The apartments were beautiful, modern, and newly furnished.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning in the apartment. It is not possible to open the window because trains start running early in the morning, and the railway tracks are located very close to the apartment building.

Pros:

The staff were great. Loved the location with easy excess to metro and ferry bussen. Close to supermarkets and cafes. Having a washing machine was great

Cons:

We didn't like that there were no windows only doors that you couldn't leave open, it got quite hot. We were on ground floor, when curtains were open, no privacy to bedroom.

4.門窗緊閉時隔音效果佳
5.距離大眾交通運輸，包含捷運和渡船近，走路約5分鐘
6.附近有3間超市，採買方便

Cons:

1.因為新興區域，固有許多工地，景觀較不佳
2.某些房型正對捷運路線，捷運列車行駛頻繁，約2-3分鐘一班，對聲音及震動敏感者，務必列入考慮，門窗緊閉時，可屏蔽約9成聲量。
3. 氣味，這是我最在意的一點。不確定垃圾管道間和電梯管道間是否有什麼相通處，搭電梯時會聞到異味，令我感到不適，尤其是行程結束返回旅館，一進電梯就聞到異味，蠻影響心情的。另外水槽也會有管道竄上來的異味，所以我都是一回房間就先開門窗散味道。我是對味道敏感的人，所以這蠻影響我的住宿體驗的。

Pros:

Прекрасные просторные апартаменты с выходом на крышу, замечательной террасой с видом на море. Метро в шаговой доступности, особенно, что конечная станция и можно удобно сесть. Там же речной трамвай. В этом же доме ресторан и кофейня. На рецепшине можно взять на прокат велосипед. Супермаркеты в двух минутах ходьбы. На кухне есть всё необходимое. Замечательное место, куда хочется вернуться.

Great accommodation in a very nice location.
Pros:

The accommodation itself was lovely, modern and very comfortable.
The location is very nice, on the water front. There is a restaurant and cafe in the building, with more restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance.
It is north of central Copenhagen but It is an easy walking distance to the metro stations and water taxi.
The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful.
Highly recommend

Fühlten uns sicher und waren begeistert von der Ausstattung des App, viele Handtücher ,Küche super
Pros:

Die Lage war etwas außerhalb, am Orientkai ( Haltestelle). Die Metro und die Fähre in die Innenstadt waren in der Nähe. Anbindung sehr gut.

Cons:

Rezeption schwer zu finden. Ist im Haus Nr. 5
