Es gelungener Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Als Architekten finden wir das Gebäude und die Wohnung und den Nordhafen insgesamt sehr gelungen. Was in Dänemark generell fehlt ist der außenliegende Sonnenschutz wodurch sich die Wohnungen im Sommer stark aufheizen. Etwas störend sind die Baustellen rundherum und die Metro direkt vor dem Gebäude was zu einer starken Lärmbelastung führt und die Nachtlüftung behindert.

Cons:

Was in Dänemark generell fehlt ist der außenliegende Sonnenschutz wodurch sich die Wohnungen im Sommer stark aufheizen. Die Klimaanlage ist zwar vorgerichtet aber nicht in Betrieb. Etwas störend sind die Baustellen rundherum und die Metro direkt vor dem Gebäude was zu einer starken Lärmbelastung führt und die Nachtlüftung behindert.

Stor og luftig leilighet. Deilig beliggenhet ved sjø med bademulighet, restauranter++
Nær metroen som tok deg raskt inn til sentrum.

Cons:

Metroen gikk 10 meter unna et av soverommene og var veldig støyete.

Pros:

Schönes, modern gestaltetes Appartment in einem wirklich hübschen, modernen Stadtviertel. Tolle Ausstattung. Von dort ist alles gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die direkte Lage neben der Metro führt doch zu einer Lärmbelästigung, wenn man das Apartment zu dieser Seite hat, da die Bahn alle paar Minuten fährt. Da es sommerlich warm war, heizte sich das Apartment tagsüber enorm auf (keine Rolläden oder anderer Sonnenschutz), so dass Schlafen bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht möglich war und dadurch die Bahn ständig zu hören war.

Rude Mr. Vito Angelo Giorgi
Pros:

Mr. Vito Angelo Giorgi the reception manager is one of the most rudest and inconsiderate reception managers I have ever met, he threatened to charge extra cleaning charges as some medical powder was found on the floor that my son uses. Law does not permit this sort of discrimination. No air con, the large windows make it very hot in summer. Very noisy outside in the summer !

Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Kanal in dem neuen Quartier war wunderschön.
Die Wohnung war sehr grosszügig und schön gestaltet und sehr gut eingerichtet (auch die Küche).

Cons:

Am Morgen wurde das Schlafzimmer durch die Sonneneinstrahlung (trotz dichtem Vorhang) sehr heiss.
Es wäre schön gewesen wenn 1x wö. die Wohnung etwas gereinigt würde, zumal es keinen Staubsauger oder anderes Reinigungsmaterial hatte.

Pros:

The apartment was spacious, with a good layout and everything we needed for our stay. It was stylish and had an amazing view from the large balcony. Loved the location, close to restaurants and the Metro.

Cons:

Quite noisy with people visiting the swimming/sauna area and building work, but to be expected in city area.

Cons:

Zimmer wurde selbst bei 11°C Außentemperatur extrem warm (28°C). Geöffnete Fenster waren wegen Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel von 6:30 — 18:30 Uhr kaum möglich.

Good location, dismissive management ruined stay.
Pros:

I liked the Nordhavn area.

Cons:

I stayed here during the July 2026 heat wave. The room reached approximately 37°C and felt like a sauna. The few fans available were not designed to cool a room in extreme heat and provided no relief.

Construction next door started at 07:00 daily, making sleep impossible due to noise. I submitted multiple requests for a room change because of the heat and noise. Management denied each request, stating the heat wave and construction were “not the hotel’s fault” and “out of their power,” citing hotel policy.

Only after extensive written correspondence and reference to my rights under Danish consumer protection law did management acknowledge the situation. I was then moved to a different apartment.

The property was unprepared for foreseeable summer conditions and refused accountability until I escalated. A hotel should prioritize guest wellbeing, not deflect responsibility. I cannot recommend this establishment to travelers expecting basic service standards.
