Un super hôtel pour quelques jours à la découverte d’Innsbruck et ses environs.
Pros:

La localisation de l’établissement est très pratique avec un accès rapide au centre ville et au reste de la vallée grâce à la gare. Le personnel est très accueillant et réactif. Nous avions une super vue sur les montagnes depuis notre chambre. Le bar de l’hôtel et le lieu du petit déjeuner ont également de très belles vues.

Pros:

Nos toco una habitación esquinera en el piso 9, y las vistas eran inmejorables. La habitación es un poco pequeña, pero el ventanal grande y la vista hacen que no te des cuenta.
La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la estación de tren y buses, y a pocos minutos del centro.

Not value for money
Pros:

Motel One presents really well online, based mainly on photos from their rooftop bar/breakfastroom and the funky foyer. That is where the good stuff ends.
The rooftop bar is also where you have breakfast and it offers sensational 360° views of the surrounding Nordkette mountains. Breakfast is excellent, with a good choice buffet. It got very busy at times and we had to share our table.
We frequented the same rooftop during the evenings, when it is a very pleasant, stylish bar ; it has an extensive menu of quality gin. Watch what you order, because it is easy to run up a substantial bill in a short time ; the drinks are expensive and the waiter exerts considerable pressure to add a solid tip.
At €310 per night, Motel One does not represent value for money and there are much better alternatives.

Cons:

Adjacent to the railway station, and overlooking it, it is a modern high-rise, a good 15/20 minute walk from the Old Town. When we arrived before 3pm, we were sent walking by the indifferent reception staff.
Coming back later, we were given room 0303 which was the tiniest room we've ever had ; impossible to store - let alone open - the luggage. Some coathangers and a rack was the extent of storage. The carpet was horribly dirty, bathroom door broken ; don't think of reporting to front desk, because there's no telephone in the room. No water, no fridge, no glasses provided. The TV has some international channels, but we were unable to watch any, because they were either "unavailable" or highly pixilated. So you walk all the way down to ask for help, only to be told "that's the way it is". The large windows look straight onty the railway station platforms, so you can be great entertainment for the people while they wait for their train.
At €310 per night, Motel One does not represent value for money and there are much better alternatives.

A good stay, comfy room, close to the centre of Innsbruck
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location close to the train station. Easy to get there from the airport and close to the centre of Innsbruck. The bed was comfy and although the room was small, it had enough space for one person

Cons:

There was some outside noise from the train station, which may be unavoidable. The room was quite basic for the price, extra amenities such as a kettle or bathroom essentials would have been appreciated. The TV signal was also poor which meant that only one channel worked
