Zimmer sind winzig

Very good hotel near the station.
Pros:

Very good hotel, just near the station so its very convenient. Room looks even better then the pictures. Our room had a very good view of the mountains. Room and washroom was very clean and had good facilities. The staff was very well behaved and helpful, they assisted in everything we requested.

Cons:

The breakfast option is a little too expensive.

Perfekt für Kurzaufenthalt und Bahnreise
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt wenn man einen Zwischenstopp mit der Bahn macht. Phänomenal ist der Ausblick aus den höheren Stockwerken über Innsbruck und aus dem Frühstücksraum im 13. Stock. Alles ist sehr durchdacht funktionell, wenn auch raumoptimiert angelegt.

Cons:

Der Zimmerboden war nicht der sauberste. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre mehr Raumfläche und Ablageplatz wünschenswert. TV hat nicht funktioniert, aber der Screensaver mit den Fischen war auch nett ...

O café da manhã é excelente com várias opções. O hotel está localizado a uma quadra da estação de trem, o que facilitou a nossa locomoção pela Áustria. Achei muito boa a política de limpeza do quarto ser feita sob demanda.

Die Bar und die Zimmer waren schön
Das Personal (Rezeption, Zimmerservice, Bar) waren sehr nett!

Cons:

Frühstücksraum wurde nicht abgeräumt die Tische und der Boden waren sehr schmutzig!!
Service bei Frühstück ließ zu wünschen übrig!!

Pros:

Schöner Ausblick auf Bahnhof und Berge. Sehr guter Fernseher, bequemes Bett. Fahrstuhl kommt immer schnell. Nur ein paar Schritte zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Bei günstigeren Preisen wuerde ich länger bleiben.

Cons:

Bei viel Andrang an der Rezeption gab es nur einen Mitarbeiter. Dadurch kam es zu einer langen Wartezeit.
