The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated, meticulously cleaned daily, and offer a relaxing sea view. The staff are prompt and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near many attractive entertainment areas.

The staff failed to provide adequate instructions when escorting guests to their rooms. The blankets were dirty, and the hinges on the bathroom's glass door were broken and about to fall, posing a serious safety hazard. Despite this, the staff refused to fix them immediately; repairs were only approved after we called the owner directly. Additionally, although the room featured a kitchen, it lacked basic pots and pans.

We were left waiting for someone to come check us in for 40 minutes, despite informing them 30 minutes before that we were arriving. When we were then met by someone, we were brought to the wrong floor and left for 10 minutes. Checking into the room then took a further 30 minutes. She then took our money, in cash only, which she proceeded to film (immediate red flag), we gave her an amount that was more than the asking and she did not give us our change. I never received the change even though we stayed 3 nights and I messaged her asking for it. She turned off her phone or left the messages on red to avoid paying us back.
The room was 100% not cleaned. There was hairs everywhere, on the taps, in the sink, on the bathroom floor, in the bed. My feet were black walking around, the towels smelled like pee. Thankfully, there was a washing machine so I was able to clean them again after. Honestly, the more you looked, the worse it got.
The room we had was also very close to the elevator, so you could hear everyone walking outside. The front door to the room looked like it had been kicked in and then poorly screwed back together, so it didn't feel very safe.
The apartment was also advertised as 2 beds and has 1 bed in a separate bedroom and one in the main space. She locked us out of the second bedroom, so we could not use it.

Surprisingly, on our last day cleaners came knocking at 9:30am before we even checked out. There was 4 of them very eager to get in to clean the room. They kept knocking and ringing the bell even after I asked them to give us 10 minutes. Honestly, I'm not sure what they were in such a rush for, because it definitley wasn't to clean anything!

Đã đến nhận phòng nhưng cuối cùng phải xách vali đi ra, dịch vụ chăm sóc kh kém, mình đến lúc 2h đã thông báo trước vì bên mình có người lớn tuổi cần nghỉ ngơi, nhưng đến 2h35 mới đưa thẻ lên nhận phòng, lên phòng đặt phòng có bếp, máy giặt thì xếp cho phòng không có, ra giường bẩn có nhiều vết màu đỏ, đề nghị giải quyết
thì đợi đến 3h mới có nhân viên lên để thay ra thôi. Ks cho đợi rất lâu mà ko có một lời. Phòng tệ. Đặt biệt là thái độ của nhân viên sx phòng, khách điện thoại thì tắt máy và đưa số đt ng phân phòng, gọi người đó thì không nghe máy.

Giường ,kính , nền nhà nc k được sạch.Giường nằm ngứa k chịu dx.Kính phòng tắm thì dơ, bồn rửa mặt cũng k sạch.Có cái view ngắm biển đẹp thì kính lan can lại dơ nên chụp ảnh lên mất điểm lắm luôn
