Unreal hotel & attention to detail is evident everywhere. The decor, design and execution of quality shows in every room and every feature. Hands down the best suite I’ve ever stayed in.
Room service options a little limited but given it’s a small hotel with no dinner facilities this isn’t surprising and didn’t take away from the experience.
Hotel was lovely decor lovely all staff we met were lovely and food was fab I am still talking about the apple granola at breakfast
Room size was very small indeed had we been staying for more than 2 nights I would have asked for a change I stubbed my toe many times as I shimmied sideways to get to my side of the bed. I would not stay again were I offered such a small room. And this also affects how I feel about value for money. We stay away a lot and this is the smallest hotel room we have ever had … but also not the cheapest we were booked into a junior executive room and it really didn’t feel like one
From the second you get there you are treated like royalty, the hotel is amazing and the staff are even better!
Nothing at all we couldn’t fault the hotel
.
The staff were extremely helpful, very friendly and professional. The hotel is beautiful and located in a central area without being too central. We were pleasantly surprised that valet parking was offered and even more surprising was the private spa facilities. We didn’t have time to use them but a gym and sauna is available to use by guests. It is small and is only available to one room at a time which is wonderful.
Our first night was quite noisy, it was a Friday night and the noise was coming from outside so not in the control of the hotel staff
Limited hot breakfast options for a non pork eater
Amazing
فندق فخم وديكور انيق وكلاسيكي.. مريح جدا وموقع ممتاز٠٠
Staff were brilliant. Valet parking was very welcome. Decoration and fixtures and fitting just stunning. Bar area was stunning. Breakfast was delicious. Very well styled. Lovely products.
There was a drain smell I. Our room. The minute we were shown in we could smell it. Damp/ drain smell. I was also disappointed that there are so many photos on website of baths that we didn't get a room with a bath.
Fantastic cooked to order breakfast. We had the eggs royale and the pancakes with bacon. Both were exceptionally fantastic!
Bed comfy, room lovely, bathroom and shower were spotless and toiletries were lovely
The staff at the hotel are exceptionally nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious loved it. Plenty of nice restaurants to choose from close by. Location superb for visiting Belfast City and close proximity to Stena Line.
We actually liked everything - but would have liked to be able to have dinner in the hotel as well as breakfast as the breakfast was delicious.
This is honestly the best hotel in Belfast. The staff were second to none and the facilities were first class.
The wellness centre is a hidden gem where you can unwind after a day shopping and sightseeing.
Spoil yourself…you won’t regret it!
Absolutely nothing!
Absolutely fabulous stay, from the warmest of welcomes to good bye breakfast. We were upgraded to a garden suite, which was absolutely stunning but I think even without the lovely upgrade we would have been blown away with our stay. The breakfast was absolutely lovely, lots of choice, gorgeous quality and beautifully executed. The bar/lounge was so cozy and after a full day out we had the choice of our lovely living room or the bar. The bar food is limited in choice but not in quality. We didn't get to use the sauna or hot tub but will make sure we have swimsuits next time. Belfast has some great pubs and restaurants, it was also great to be near so many nearby independent restaurants/takeaways. I enjoyed Belfast but I absolutely loved the Regency!
It is such a shame the hotel doesn't allow dogs or we would happily book for at least a week to explore northern Ireland! However, we will be back for another short trip!
The staff were friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise. The suite was furnished tastefully and very comfortable. We slept very well and the pillows were probably the best we have ever experienced!
